Terrible app

This app is awful. Trying to sign is a nightmare, it never says my provider is my provider,
the search is terrible. I previously had a login but I guess they decided to delete it. While attempting to reregister it does not find my provider, or me as a patient. I would rather my doctor use telegraph than this garbage app. This is truly a terrible app, terrible set up and execution. I’ve deleted it and will not be using it, and will be telling my provider of all the issues and how dissatisfied I am with this app.

Great App for accessing my records

This app is very user friendly and I love how I can email my pcp in non emergency situations as well as get my test results back quickly.

Answer THE PHONE

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rafeedie for several years. This problem has existed the entire time. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. NO ONE RESPONDS TO MESSAGES VIA PORTAL OR VOICEMAILS. I’ve NEVER received an answer as to why this practice has such significant issues. I just noticed that an appointment is scheduled for 7/13/26. I didn’t make this appointment. I was just there on 4/27/26. Why would you make an appointment for me without my knowledge? Why do all of these issues continue to exist? I love Dr. Rafeedie, that is the only reason I put up with this nonsense. Please provide answers. Not a single person has ever explained the problems.
