The app is not user friendly. Status of reminders cannot be changed. No subject in compose message to write about meditation questions

This is the worst app I’ve ever worked with
I have tried many times to set up this app for my doctors. Each time I try it always freezes up gives me wrong. Options is very difficult to deal with.
This is my latest attempt. I spent approximately 30 minutes and it’s absolutely horrible.
The options are very confusing and it does not flow like most apps do. This time I got to the end of one of the pages and it just froze up on me. Extremely frustrating..

Somewhat useless
Too bad we can’t use all aspects of the app

Tried to send a message to my provider, the app links to 80 characters! What a joke for a health care app!
Healow’s great
I have had experience with other apps for healthcare & this is definitely the easiest one to use. I’ve never had a problem logging in or finding just what I needed in a matter of seconds. Thank you for making it so user friendly.
Used to be a good app until they changed
The app used to be a great way to communicate with your provider - even though it is a little cumbersome to sign in & find actual information. But they updated it to make every provider that uses it only allow messages to go to a general mailbox & some nurse reads all emails now. The entire point of the electronic medical records rules & HIPAA is to allow patients to communicate directly with their providers - without a stranger reading the messages. Now that’s no longer allowed & a stranger is who decides what messages actually go to the providers. This is a huge violation.

Scheduling
It’s crazy to me that when scheduling an appt in the app, you have to look at each day individually. I want, at minimum, a weekly view

Great easy to u use app
Not user friendly
App freezes up all the time. Also cannot type in CVS up in Lake Arrowhead. It keeps coming up with a red flag. I gave up on the app figured I’ll talk to a person instead of fighting with an app! Also some questions need to have the option of not answering!
Too much non-pertinent detail!
Makes it very difficult to be useful for much. Visit summaries should be in reverse chronological order by default. Not very intuitive. Also seems like it’s missing visits, results and/or messages.
Refill request record
When you request a refill in the App there is no record of the refill request on the patient’s side this needs to be improved.
Confusing and often irrelevant
Check ins are cumbersome. Messages are often meaningless.
Hate This Health App
I hate this app! I have multiple doctors that use it. Why in the hell can I not share MY medication list between doctors?? Why do I have to retype it? Also, you can’t easily copy & paste medications or surgeries into App. The App keeps losing my info. Make this App easier for the patient!!!!!!!!! I’m tempted to cancel my doctor appt because I hate this app so much!! Stop losing my medication list!!!!

Horrible
This app should do 4 things review your medical records, pay your bill, schedule an appointment, and view statements to provide to your HSA/Flex accounts. It only allows you to view your records
Compose message
When you tap the compose message button, it brings up the screen, but it doesn’t actually allow you to compose any message. Doesn’t bring up a text box. Can’t refill meds on it. The only thing you can do is see your appointments. So what’s the point in an app if I still have to either a call or b go in person

I can no longer use the pharmacy listed as primary and cannot edit information.
