Not too clear
Need to be clear about who created the account, not the kids, all those questions are stupidly weird, asking a 8 year old child smoking and drinking, driving all those questions, please adjust it.
Slow to no response
I am out of serious medication and Dr Dizon wants to play games knowing I will end up in the hospital because of him!!
App Issues
The app is not user friendly, and it logs you off constantly.
No Access to Notes
I am unable to view any of my Office Visit Notes, my Surgery Notes, or my Test Results. It always says “Try Again Later”

Dr. John Baker and Jordan Atkinson are the best , they have diagnosed me and set up a treatment plan to help me with my illness. I appreciate them for being so supportive helpful and kind to me. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you to them for all that they do to help me.
Incompetent
I called and scheduled to have a medicine administered in office at the Newport location. I paid a lyft to get there. When I got there the receptionist told me my doctor only does tele visits. So why would she schedule me to have my medicine administered in office? Incompetence. Then she tells me I have to call the pharmacy and have them deliver it to their office. Why is that my job? I've been getting this medicine administered for 2 years now and never have I had this issue. Hire a new receptionist.

Needs some work
I love what the app provides but the layout and screens and design of all menus shoved In together in a hard way to follow or locate what you’re looking for - if you ever do- is my sole dislike for it -but that’s a pretty big issue when the interface isn’t user friendly at all and it’s half your doctors offices so would really help if it was ! Maybe they’ll work on it, never know!

Terrible Experience
Staff never reads or responds to messages sent using the healow app. Doctors never fill a prescription request in a timely manner. Awful process and experience with the clinic.
Can’t join televisit
I’ve been sittting at my computer now for 45n minutes. I was told when Meleah was ready to start the televist. But I had never received a code, or a way to enter the waiting room, or ANYTHING. Calling the office was a joke- you’d get back to me 48 hours. I tried different numbers, but NOWHERE was I able to speak to a live person to get help. At 1:50 I stopped. DO NOT CHARGE ME AS A NO-SHOW. YOU ARE THE NO SHOW. (I have done several televisits from this computer before, successfully.) I need refills for Klonopin and Trazadone.

Terrible app, bad design
The IT department has no idea how bad this app is, very annoying, particularly when fake good reviews dominate all other reviews, anyone using this excuse for a medical app will discover instantly how really bad things can get. My advice is to delete it off your phone asap otherwise you will never recover from the insanity within. I know I didn’t.

I’m trying to get my lab results from Gastro Health.
Not happy
It does not give me the option to search for other providers. I have one provider within the app and that’s it. There is no update for my app. I use iPhone 11. I have a code from a new provider and there’s nowhere within the app to enter that code.
Urgent Refills
Comments : I cannot located Dr. Lopez (Katy) on this app. I need to refill Tamsulosin I've been taking for many years but the pharmacy sends her the requests and receives no response and this has happened to like 3-5 medications that are being denied.

I noticed some medications that were removed from the refill list at CVS and on this app at your office Dr. Lopez.
One of them is Monjarou 5mg.
We've had several discussions on this one already.
The cvs message I received was that they attempted 3 times to reach Dr. Lopez and had no success. So it looks like it's been removed as well as the 10 mg Monjarou that I would build up to over time. Not sure what other ones were removed. Maybe because it still had Dr. Sarkar's name.
Need to know why all my medication needs are being denied one by one. If this is not resolved o will have to look for another PCP.
