Tried 5 times to check in—each time cut off or redirected. Now there’s an ‘internal error’ message. Not user friendly!!!

Appointment
My appointment was canceled for September 15. Next appointment is December 23rd are you kidding me? Can’t cancel or reschedule on this app. I’m not in town 2 days before Xmas.

When I send a message I never get any response. Also you can't make an appointment. Still have a long way to go to catch up with other Doctor offices
Privacy
I am more aggravated with my doctors than this app for using it. There is no privacy when my doctor is passing around my information to other companies like this app. This app is inconvenient and difficult to use. The only useful feature is for doctors to share information but they don’t. So I would rather my doctors email me directly. I can’t see any upside to this app at all.

Good for checking status but not sending requests or messages
This app is a proxy between medical providers and many of the messages are not received in a timely matter or at all. I have noticed some of the messages I have sent have disappeared from my history as well as if the were deleted by the provider. I have had to find this out after spending lots of time on the phone and physically showing up at the providers office. It is good for v

I really like this app it helps a lot with all my health needs like having current test results and medication lists also a great way to send my dr a message without making an appt syncs all my Apple heath data so my dr can see my progress really good app

When sending my doctor a message, it will not let me put doctor’s name and message where it says to. I put it in the subject line.
Then, for some reason, she’s not getting my messages. Then she got all 3 at once. Weeks after they were sent. This was pertaining to new medication’s that she wanted to prescribe from me, but did not call in.
I believe this is serious when you can’t message your doctor and know that she’s getting your messages.
I sent a message today concerning side effects with medicines and
needing to stop them. I’ll see if she gets this message I sent.

Update the system!
My doctor is at location on Whipple north canton Ohio. When I use your. Ethos he’s in cherry in canal Fulton . I now at 82 years old have had to figure out what to do! Yes it took at least a half hour. Yes fix the problem. I feel awful enough about a fall I had now this! WHAT 🤮😢
Error in data
Using the latest update of the appt, it showed an appointment that had been cancelled for months. If the app doesn’t update appointments, then the medical information is not updating. These errors do not instill confidence in the application or the medical services I am receiving.
