Bait and switch. Kiosk doesn’t allow me to connect my phone. A waste of time
Unpredictable Kiosks
I decided to sell my cell phone to ecoATM because you get paid moments after arriving at the kiosk. Well, my phone sold for $346, and asked if I wanted it in cash, Venmo, or PayPal. I chose cash. The kiosk spit out $86, and then it pops up on the screen with a notification saying- I’m embarrassed, with the large amount that I had to find another option to
Withdraw, and quickly showed a number to call,but was so quick I couldn’t tell u if it was the same as the customer service number that I called. Waited for over 35 mins first time and got disconnected while waiting for an agent. Then called back and waited another 15-20 mins. Wad ridiculous. Then i germs told that i have to wait 7-10 days for a check in the mail! I def should have read the reviews first.

7 Plus “Red” Edition what a scam, yes I turned in 4 IPhones charged screen, fine, no blemishes GB good the app stated before I took them to the kiosk that it was my “” lucky day and I would get $90 no I got six dollars for the limited red iPhone. I guess if you’re desperate times call for desperate measures and after all you are helping the environment. If I could post a photo of this phone here to see the excellent condition then U2 would see that you were getting ripped off.

Yes, every time I go to the store and try to use this service it blocked me somehow and when I got on the phone to customer service, I stayed on there for about over an hour. He tried to help me and he says that he don’t see anything wrong with my ID. I don’t have anything that should be blocking me or nothing and it’s been this way for over a year or so I cannot get rid of anything that I have you all need to fix this. Please fix this. I have nothing wrong with my ID. They checked it nothing I stood there all that long time they tried to fix it .

App doesn’t work
Used it once. It was fine. Will not recognize email and did not get a reply from customer service.
This app is so bad
Doesn’t even show you where the locations that are off and the ones that don’t take tablets. So it will make you go over to where you THINK takes them but the entire time they don’t and you just wasted so much time.

I was able to use the EcoATM app to easy get a price for my old device and was able to find a kiosk a few miles from house to trade it in for cash. The process was surprisingly easier than I expected. Highly recommend!
Fake advertisement
Promised to lock offer for 7 days came back within 2 hours and didn’t recognized the code nor the email. Called customer service provided name and email and was advised nothing could be done.
