Pick up was 3pm. No one contacted till 4 pm. When i called the assigned person, he told 5pm, then 6 pm i called told, 45 mins. 7 pm called, told 30 mins. 8 pl , told 20mins. Then stopped answering calls and 9:15 told can’t come. Asking to keep the garbage outside the door in the common corridor. Even after telling its society that is not possible again and again telling the same thing. Never experienced such a dump person.
Leaving for very long time . And because of this eco crew again dumping everyting inside and no other option to leave is inside.
Such a irritating and irresponsible business i habe never seen. Pick up executive Gous.
There is no way of contacting the customer care. No option for cancelling. The number given in the google map does not exist.
Most irritating is app store does not provide negative rating option, so forcefully i have to give 1 star

Very professional and proficient
This app actually works the way they have advertised. I have tried different platforms for cluster solution but none of them works. Really grateful and happy with Ecocrew
Wow! Burden lift off!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this forced my hand. My heart is full my house is empty from all the junk I had at home. Really loved it, but it would really help if Eco crew had customer support or helpline number.
Money making platform
Now you have started charging ₹30 for pickup.. the amount of waste we were discarding every month does not collects to 30 sometimes, which either leads us to throw away the waste after a month or pay ₹30 for the pickup , because it’s impossible to store the waste for more than a month at the house.. your charge system has deeply caused inconvenience now.. and is not helping saving the planet any better.. why is it the case always that people tend to start the cause and then end up earning from that.. very bad now I am not storing the waste anymore and ending up discarding later.. very poor service
