Beware and avoid if possible
We hired a maid from them and she stole 2 of my gold rings worth approx USD 2500. We have been trying to get support from snabbit and they have been ignoring us. We also came to know this lady didn’t have a police verification. She denied it to the police and now they are trying to get away with it saying no evidence. Apparently this has happened to multiple people and all from the bedrooms or bathrooms where people usually don’t have cameras. I will be filing a lawsuit very soon since they have decided to ignore my calls or compensate me for this or help me recover my jewelry.

Extremely disappointing experience with Snabbit.
The whole point of using an instant house-help service is reliability and convenience, but Snabbit completely failed on both fronts. We booked a slot early in the morning at 8:45 AM for a confirmed 2:45 PM service, trusting that our schedule for the day was sorted. However, after waiting and planning around this booking, the assigned worker cancelled at 3:30 PM,well past the scheduled time causing major inconvenience.
This kind of last-minute cancellation is highly unprofessional and defeats the entire purpose of using such a service. Customers depend on confirmed bookings, especially when managing busy schedules, and cancelling after the expected service time is unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of support from customer care. Instead of providing a meaningful solution, alternative arrangement, or proper accountability, the support was ineffective and unhelpful. It felt like customer concerns were not taken seriously at all.
For a service-based platform, professionalism, punctuality, and customer support should be the top priorities, but Snabbit failed in all these areas for us. If your plans depend on timely house help, this app may leave you stranded without warning.
