They never reply to email , i deleted my account a long time ago and still see charges from them

Never download this app. It doesn’t do anything that EZPass, paying by cash, or even mailed toll bills can’t do. Also they charged me after I deleted my account and didn’t respond to any attempts to reach out to customer service. Just don’t get it. Protect yourself.
Do not down load this app!
I removed my car from this toll app, yet they keep charging me for it. Tried contacting customer service multiple times but it’s impossible to reach anyone. Completely unacceptable and frustrating.

UPDATE: now I’m being charged a “credit card service fee”, $3.71! I cancelled this Service back in January! buyer beware! READ The Terms and conditions! They charge to signup, then charge a percentage of toll charge, over 14%. To cancel, it’s not immediate, they lock you in for sometime! Read TERMS!

Please reach out to our customer support at support@ecotoll.io and we can provide a refund if our services did not meet your needs. Please note that we do not charge customers for tolls incurred after you request account deletion, however, due to the nature of tolls sometimes being delayed we do keep your payment active to make sure we are able to settle any tolls that come in late on your behalf. I hope this provides some clarification.
Can’t cancel and getting charged for returned rental
I downloaded this app, got charged the $3 fee, and registered a rental for two days… then realized i can pay toll directly, so never actually used the account. Cancelled account but am getting charged tolls for rental that was returned two months ago. No way to get into account not and no way to stop these charges.

3$ charge for nothing
Can’t say if the app is good but it charges you 3$ before you even finish to fill user account/car info. And contrary to what was advertised, it doesn’t work with Canadian car plate.
They Lie
On their website, they say they work in Massachusetts in the northeast they even list the roads they work on. I downloaded the app I uploaded my credit card. I got to Logan airport. I opened up the app to put my license plate in and I’m told that it doesn’t work in the Northeast. What is going on, don’t depend on this app.

Does not work
The company is completely incompetent, from their engineers to their customer service. Rented a car and set it on the app. All the charges went to the rental company that passed down the charges to me with a large premium. Their excuse was that I should have known there was a discrepancy between their website and their app. They deserve to fail.

Does not work in Houston
Whole family trip to Houston. Everyone used Ecotolls. App never worked. Everyone was charged through the rental companies including all the convenience fees. Disappointing.
Does not work in Texas
Drove through Texas and none of my tolls reflected in the app.
Ecotoll fan!
Very nice experience using Ecotoll, I did register my vehicle in the app and start my trip, days later after the toll was appearing in the app I got charged. No need to call for paying tolls, amazing.
SCAM
it does not work I have the Ecotoll in my car and I actually asked by email the company of Eco tour why am I not being charged and they said your account is set up everything's active but every time I go through it all it never registers anything I believe this app is not official and it's probably most definitely a scam do not buy it

Easy
I don’t drive one toll roads a lot, so this is a great solution to pay for tolls without a transponder.
So convenient
The interface is simple, easy to understand and convenient. My tolls are paid automatically. I don’t have to talk to an agent. And I don’t have to worry about missing a toll bill in the mail. Highly recommend!!!
Avoid like the plague
After multiple attempts, still unable to reset my password so am locked out of the app and cannot cancel this subscription! Being double charges for tolls as a result.
Worse company I have EVER dealt with in LIFE
IF I CAN PUT ZERO STARS, I WOULD! 😡THIS THE WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH REGARDING ANYTHING! I contacted customer service TWICE behind this issue with my account via email, because they made it to where you can NOT talk to them over the phone. BAD BUSINESS!!! Signing up with them was the WORSE decision I have made in my entire life! They said they were going to refund me the money that THEY STOLE FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, and I have it in an email, as well as remove any vehicle on my EcoToll account. They removed my account and still charging my bank account til this day for a vehicle that is no longer in their system as active! I had to file claims and disputes with my bank against these FRAUDULENT CHARGES FROM ECOTOLL! I might even have to close my bank account due to them stealing my money. WHAT IS WRONG WITH DELETING MY DEBIT CARD OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM??? WHY DID YOU MAKE IT TO WHERE A CUSTOMER CAN NEVER REMOVE THEIR DEBIT CARD OFF OF THE ECOTOLL APP??? WHY AM I STILL BEING CHARGED FOR A VEHICLE THAT IS NO LONGER ACTIVE??? WHY ARE YOU STEALING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT??? Did everything on my phone and drove through the express lane to avoid the rush hour traffic.
