Update review
I left a negative review initially because of an issue I had with not being able to access my credit card on this app. Since then I went into the branch and spoke with Ashley who gave her personal support in the issue and she got it resolved right away and now I’m very much happy with this app and it’s features.

Unable to access my credit card
I just recently opened an account and a line of credit with this bank and unfortunately I’m unable to access my credit card through the app or online banking. I’ve called about 6 different phone numbers and every time they give me a new number to call. I’m the end, the issue so has not been resolved so the only way I will be able to check my balance is by calling and going through the menu to get my account information which I cannot do that everyday and will be closing my account before ever getting to even use it.

Terrible app
This app Is the only app this bank has. The app is terrible because it constantly loses the username and password configuration for the biometric fingerprint. I am constantly having to re-enter my username, password and re-enable biometrics on startup so that the fingerprint will let me login. It’s completely ridiculous.
