The app CONSTANTLY crashes. There’s no overnight support so if you work nights you’re on your own to figure it out.
The app constantly freezes, kicks me out of the app, I can’t submit reports or even see the site reports that need to be completed. This app needs ALOT of work to stop these issues. I literally cannot complete my job because of how poorly this app was developed. Some days it works great the rest… not so much

HOW HAVE YOU MADE IT WORSE
I’m sick of having to redo everything after your sorry excuse for an update made us have to wait 5 minutes for any of the buttons to work and for it to just wipe our report progress, if you don’t fix it by next week everytime it happens I’m just gonna be submitting black pictures because I’m not going back over and over again because you wanna use chatgpt to make a commercial app and “Efficient Operation Management” is a great joke

This app has way too many issues, and it seriously needs to be fixed!
Unfinished Garbage
If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Corporate geniuses decided to force all franchises to use this software they produced in order to cut costs and not have to pay for third party software that actually works. Classic corporate greed. This would be fine if the app was half-baked and unfinished even over a year after its release. That’s not even to mention the constant bugs and errors with the app itself.

Inefficient and unreliable
Easily the worst work related app I have ever used. I’m consistently met with errors from failure to upload to an inability to connect to the server. How can we effectively do our job if we aren’t given the viable tools to do so? I would rate this app 0 stars if I was able to…

Do not use unless you lower your bar on efficiency and have extraordinary patience. Very glitchy and slow.

I have used this app for about a year now and it is absolutely the worst app I’ve ever had. My company insists that it’s getting better and no, it’s not. It just keeps getting worse and worse. I absolutely despise this app. it freezes it doesn’t send your info in. It is a constant issue. You are constantly updating and taking more and more of your storage. Do not recommend.

Signal’s downfall.
This app is just a representation of Signal Security as a whole. Very unorganized and very neglected. The app will not save your reports which sucks when you’re in the bathroom on your phone and you just wanna watch a TikTok video and then all your work and progress is gone. The app also has this geolocation feature which is very invasive as it always on and it has to be that way. I cannot wait till I can delete this app of my phone.

Inept Developers
These “developers” don’t test anything before pushing an update nor do they seem to be able to get the backend running at all as 95% of the time I have to redo everything as it always fails to upload and does so very slowly even with full cell bars or full WiFi bars every other service runs great except this sorry excuse for an app

The app is always malfunctioning
The app is always malfunctioning. It doesn’t save reports when you try to go back to notes to get all the proper information for incident reports you can only take Live Photos which isn’t always able to be done so u have to have another device with camera and able to take pics so u can take them off that phone for report the app tracks your location 24/7 I don’t feel comfortable with that it should only track while I’m using the app and clocked in on shift Thas a invasion of privacy any other time. Let’s not forget all the times where the app just logs me out and doesn’t let me log back in for 20-30 mins and then the app will say you have a scheduled shift at a random time that you are not scheduled to do and also I was on the sidewalk outside right next to my property and the app wouldn’t let me submit a tour report saying I was out of bounds of the site signal needs to really have a huge update on the app and take into consideration if an officer is in the sidewalk right next to the site why is app saying we are out of bounds when we could be helping someone right on exterior of our property signals needs to do better and really fix all malfunctions and app shouldn’t be tracking location at all times it should only be while on site and clocked in!!

Poorly developed app.
I’ve been a employee of Signal Security since before corporate forced all franchises to start using this app. The app is full of bugs and issues. Several of the apps feature still aren’t even complete even after MORE THAN A YEAR of the app being out. It’s seems like corporate office released a half-baked program then forced everyone to use it. Everyone at my company hates this app. Thanks Signal Corporate, you guys suck.

Worst app ever created
I was at work today and I checked my signal edge app just to make sure I clocked in at the start of my shift and everytime I opened it, it showed me an error message that said “something went wrong” and then proceeded to show me that I had no shifts scheduled for the week when I so obviously do not only for the one I’m currently working but for the rest of my week’s schedule. And no matter how many times I tried to open it it continued to do the same thing. So I thought why not delete it off my phone and reinstall it. That should work right? Big mistake. Now I can’t log into my account. Or recover my account through I forgot my password link. So now I can’t even see if I am clocked in. Or clock in for the rest of my shifts for the rest of the week. Thank you so much Signal edge. You literally don’t even do the most bare minimum thing that you’re supposed to do. Correctly.
