It’s not working

I’ve been trying to acces the sources to apply for aid but it’s not allowing me to do so. Everytime I press on something it sends me back to the main page.

Resources Buttons Don’t Work

Nothing pops up or populates when pressing on any of the resource buttons and I was trying to see what resources they would have on jobs but nothing works.

Unhelpful

I received an email from my school with a link to apply for aid. So I did that through the schools email. I then opened the app and saw the applications were still open but I didn’t apply again because I did not want to comment fraud by what I thought was applying twice. I then received an email from my school telling me to log in and claim my funds. Guess what. No funds! I contacted Edquity and they told me I should have applied AGAIN through their app despite what my school told me and since the program was closed there is nothing they can do. App is glitchy and hard to work with.

Apply on the website then download app

I received an email from my school about emergency funds and was unsure about it, so I did some research and it’s legit.
I applied and went through the website and had no issues and was granted emergency funds in 24 hours. Then I downloaded the app to use the resources and track my funds.

WOW !!!!

I’m so shook!! Honestly I didn’t think it was true. I thought it was a scam or a lie about the funds but you guys!!!! I got the grant!! Got approved on the 3-7 and I just got all my funds in my bank mobile account. I’m so grateful and so blessed this is going to help me HUGE ! I encourage everyone to do it !!!!

Web design and app are bad

I received an email from my college about an opportunity to earn Emergency Aid. After creating an account through the app it continued to crash and kicked me out of the app every time I tried to click on my profile. I switched over to their website and when logging in it kept saying “invalid credentials”. Even after resetting the password and using a different email. I was hoping to receive some form of aid but the app and web design make it difficult.

Can’t open the app

From the photos and description seems like a cool app idea. Problem is I can’t even open the app to log in. It just stays on a blank screen. Hope you guys get this fixed soon so I can redeem my $ before it expires

Best university related app I’ve ever used

I have no idea why my university pushed us to use this terrible app to apply funds. I tried a lot of times but I still cannot log into it, so I failed to apply my funds eventually!

Terrible app, doesn’t function properly

The only reason I’m using this stupid app, because my school set application for emergency pandemic funding here. I absolutely loathe Edquity, it is deeply flawed and doesn’t function properly. It doesn’t allow me to log in, and it mostly show blank screen. I tried to reinstall it multiple times - still doesn’t work. I use the latest iOS but the app clearly is not optimized for it.

Most Frustrating App I’ve ever used

I downloaded this for the emergency funds relief fund and there was no option for the application on the app. I tried getting help from the automated app and it directed me to download another app I’m supposed to pay for to get access to change one minor detail about my account. Rather than making this information easy to access that millions of alumni are probably trying to access, this app provided no such thing. Don’t even bother.

Great use of the app!

The app itself is super simple to use. A deadline is indicated from the beginning so make sure to read up or ask your school about it. Don’t understand the bad reviews, just be mindful of the requirements.

Skip the app and go online

I ran into problems simply signing in to the account I created. The app itself is glitchy and hard to work with. HOWEVER, edquity was very helpful when I contacted them and they directed me to their site online which worked great.

Great site!!

Money came just in time and it really helped in my situation thank you!!!!

$

I got approved in less than 48 hours for their emergency funds! This is the truth. They really came through and helped me out

App Function

App has worked well each times I’ve logged. Simplicity of the app helps with navigation.

Valuable Resources

It’s not just a “come once get a healing from a televangelist.” This app is legit. It provides access to articles, locations I’ve never heard of in my own city, that offer even MORE VALUABLE RESOURCES, such as food pantries, career/trade development, emergency assistance. Ive opened the app more than once since I received the initial assistance. TL;DR - Thanks Guys, this app helped me a key point in my life.

Top Marks

I had to wait a bit because I don’t have a bank account but got my card in 6 days and I was approved in 2 days. It was very simple and straightforward to use.

They helped me so much

Without this money that I received I wouldn’t be able to get my disabled daughter to and from the doctors appointments and also putting food on the table and catching up on one bill that need to be caught up on and they helped out a lot and the money came quick and I appreciate them a lot

Thank you!

These funds were very much needed! App was easy to use and funds were disbursed quickly!

Fast response when it matters most.

I was truly shocked by how easy the application process was for emergency student funds. Edquity did not ask for any proof or documentation of my extenuating circumstances, nor later proof of what I spent the money on. I was approved instantly and received my funds in about a week. The simplicity alone was such a relief during a truly stressful time. It made me feel like my school actually wanted to help, not to interrogate or judge.
