I lost $500 because of my name change, I bought a ticket for my mom and for some reason the name was not correct, I got in touch with them to make the change, they told me the airline was responsible for it, I spoke to the airline and they told me since I got the ticket through E dreams they couldn’t make the change. This went on for months. So in the end, I couldn’t use the ticket. They refund me $15 out of 558, I called many times they just don’t care

Charged $214 to change the date of my flight
2 hours after I booked my flight, I realized it was the incorrect date so I changed it. It was easy and it showed no charge. The next day, it showed a $214 on my credit card from edreams even though the new date for the flight was less than the original and they pocketed the difference. I called and asked for an explanation and hoped for some type of refund and the representative was annoyed and said he can’t do anything to help me. I will never book through this website again.

Horrible service
Do not ever book from this app it is the most ridiculous thing. Customer service is terrible. Prices are not the best. You can find better companies with better rates and customer service. They are very unhelpful when it’s not in their favour. You’ll probably lose money through this app. No point paying the membership fee is not worth it at all.

I have canceled my prime subscription 3 months ago. Still every month they try to take the subscription fee. Tried deleting my card from the app, changed my card number still somehow they manage to take the fee.

Scammers!!! Thieves!!! I received a prompt that my booking couldnt be completed. So I closed it and went to another agents site and booked the same exact flight. Only to find out they HAD booked and charged me. Why would I book the same flight for myself twice on two different websites. They said they couldnt help because of their BS policies. They’re thieves and they stole my money. I’ll take down my review if you want to get in contact with me and make it right. It is ridiculously difficult to cancel your annual subscription

Slow app which frequently crashes
I’ve used eDreams for about 3 years. Their deals are great, the agents I’ve spoken to lovely, but their app is so bad! It crashes, lags, freezes almost every time I use it. I can’t remove saved passengers and sometimes even trying to check ‘my trips’ causes the app to freeze. Very frustrating to use.

Worst support ever for encountered
This may be the worst support I’ve ever encountered. Do not book with them if you value your time. I booked a flight which didn’t come with Bags. So I went to eDreams website and added a 40KG bag. When I checked the partner website it was only showing an 18KG bag. Contacted support and they said it was a technical issue and they’ll fix it and someone will contact me. No one did, even after a week. So I rang them again and this time was told that I’d need to book bags on the website, send them an invoice and they’ll reimburse it. I did just that and no reimbursement. So I contacted support again, and was told this would need to be investigated and the calls listened to. 5 days had passed and still no contact. So I ring again for the 4 time, and issue still hasn’t been resolved.
