Worst app ever
They charge you even after you cancel their app, if you request a refund they will tell you the policy doesn’t allow us to refund you. A pure robbery.

Very disappointing experience. I was charged without my consent or clear authorization. I did not approve this payment, and the company has not provided a satisfactory explanation or resolution. I would strongly recommend checking all charges carefully before using this app

SCAM
Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed. I accidentally signed up for the Prime free trial and simply forgot to cancel it before the renewal. As soon as I noticed the $95 charge, I cancelled the membership and contacted customer service to ask for a refund.
Instead of refunding the charge, I was offered a partial refund and hotel credits that I do not want or need. I repeatedly explained that I don’t want to keep Prime or use any of its benefits, but they still refused to give me a full refund. This is unfair. Customer service should be focused on actually helping customers, especially when they contact you immediately after an unexpected renewal. I will definitely not use this app again and would not recommend Prime to anyone.
