The title says it’s optional, but it’s not optional (as an example)

Lots of potential in this app, but not there yet.
To the developers (if you’re reading) the app needs to inspire trust and transparency. Right now, it feels like it’s waiting to pull a fast one on me every time I’m making a booking. Fix that, and you have a winner.
