It seems like multiple times a week they are doing “maintenance” on the app and not able to transfer funds or use the app in any way. Very inconvenient

The best reviews are from 10+ years ago anything in the past 3-4 years has a negative comment. Most negative reviews have the same problems or comments. Do better ECU I want something that works not just looks pretty.

Always updating their system and it never loads
Rarely works
Always “in monthly processing” and can never access the app when I need it and all transactions take forever to post. Worthless app, worthless “bank”
Not a great banking app
This app only allows us to access our account info half of the time. It seems that’s it’s constantly being “updated” and displays “cannot display account information”. There have been a few emergencies where I’ve needed to see my account info and have not been able to access it.

Unreliable
This app used to work perfectly. Something changed around December 2022 or January 2023. Now the app hangs up when it is first opened and only displays a red screen or it appears to be loading with a continual “Please Wait” message until it produces an error message. This is inconvenient when you need to check a balance or transfer money. It has me thinking I need to look at another bank.
