Mobile website easy to use but for more info use online banking. Customer service is great and kind. They have always been helpful to me and I’ve called many times lol

Every-time someone attempted to infiltrate my account ECU contacted me, no matter the time. I was alerted via phone call or text message. ECU keeps watch over my money so I can relax during my aging years.
Deposits
Your app is not take a clear picture for me to be able to deposit a check. It’s super frustrating. I have a brand new iPhone and it’s a glitch with your app not functioning with the new cameras.

Scan of QR code for Zelle recipients not available
I cannot scan QR code on this app when looking for my money recipient in Zelle Reinstalled app recently but still no tab for it only to show my QR code

Not user friendly
The website is very difficult to navigate and not user‑friendly. Simple tasks like locking my card or adding an external account are harder than they should be.

Everything great except…
The bill pay is clunky, not pay friendly or versatile. It also doesn’t let you change reoccurring payments back to a previous amount without creating a whole new bill pay. WHAT?! Look at UWC bill pay platform!

Banking is made easy with Educators mobile banking. Pretty much anything can be done online and they even have virtual tellers. It’s a good system for staying on top of your finances. They offer classes on finances and credit reports. It gives the consumer all the tools they need.
