Update doesn’t work
Was working until the most recent update. Now the app won’t even open. It’s very frustrating that I don’t have the app.

They set you up with great pay back payments programs. Explaining and even help you get into different programs they have accomplishments in the present fields. Loans, Borrowing Money, Homes Buyers and others etc, I have learned about from them. I have been with Educators Credit Union from the first time of theirs opening doors here in Wisconsin. The mobile banking app is so convenient and helpful.
Phone number change
I can’t change my phone number to new phone numbers without it going to my old number THAT I DONT HAVE and it’s so frustrating. It doesn’t even give me a options to use my email either for the verification. And when i try to change it to a email verification i also have to use my OLD number to verify that too WHICH I DONT HAVE. CHANGE THAT!!!

Amazing, legit amazing
I’m a 15 year old and started using this bank, a 1 year ago ik ik not long, but I haven’t had a single problem, and I never write reviews, but I’m def going to, I also have such a cute card that’s a cheetah, and you can customize your card it’s amazing!

I love Educator’s Credit Union. They have the kindest, most personable, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. The customer service is top tier. Educator’s has something for everyone. The Educator’s Banking Ap is superb! Educator’s Credit Union is hands down the absolute best place to do your banking. I highly recommend them….I wouldn’t bank with anyone else.

Constantly locked out
It’s been almost 100 times with this app I can’t access my money
Security and so, so nice
We are so grateful to Educators for treating our meager money amount in our savings and checking account as if they were guarding millions of dollars of gold bricks. And… When you need them, you will find some of the nicest people to help you. Even if it is something silly like “I don’t remember my password”, to them it’s not a silly request. Thank you, Educators.

This app sucks
This app locks me out weekly consistently saying my password is wrong. Every update they do sucks. Literally the worst.
