This is great… in theory. I can’t get notifications on my app at all. I have tried everything from checking settings to uninstalling the app and reloading. Nothing works. I don’t always remember to check the app unless I know there is something to check. I have missed letters because of this. Having said that, the layout is fine and, in principle, it’s a great idea.

Unreliable
This app is not fit for purpose. For many months now I’ll get notifications of messages from the school and they simply do not load. I have to keep closing the app, reloading it and sometimes the message will never load. It’s really frustrating. I am always updating the app in the hopes that the bug may be fixed but it never is. I don’t recommend

Helpful although not seamless
I find this app a good tool for communicating with school. However when you go into the menu at the top left corner you are unable to get out out of it and have to close the app down.

Ok for attendance percentage and messages but says it has an attachment but never any attachment there so have to revert back to emails

Too much noise and nonsense from the app we can’t even follow what’s important. Schools now just send all sorts of rubbish we don’t care about

Really handy getting updates from the school however it is irritating that the notifications don’t clear.

The notifications are good; however, they do not update easily and have an annoying notification dot on your app. You have to keep going in and out of the app a number of times to get rid of the notification.

Doesn’t work anymore
Why is there so many problems. It’s now stopped working again after being fixed and now saying delete in progress. Can we please fix this

Notifications not clearing
The app is useful in that it allows us to communicate with the school, but it’s clunky and awkward to use. My main issue is that I have regularly got notifications appearing on the apps widget that I have definitely read and yet it doesn’t clear. There is nothing in the app to indicate which messages are read/unread which makes it more awkward to use. I tried to find support in the app but it doesn’t appear to exist, and on the website you have to choose an agent to help you (but I have no idea which agent is which, or why I need to choose one)

Good idea just doesn’t always work
I find the idea of it helpful especially being able to let the school know of an absence. Unfortunately it happens quite regularly that the school don’t always see the messages and then send a message asking why my child is off!

Good communication app, the only annoying thing about it is that even when you have read all messages and viewed all attachments it still shows as if there is a message to be viewed which is quite annoying.
