Can’t do anything

Unable to enter your number rendering app useless. Not a good start to a tour with a company that touts safety for its student travelers.

This app is trash. Constantly crashing while trying to enter tour number and code. Tried deleting the app and resetting my phone. Still nothing. Hot mess express. Even locks up and you can’t even type on the login screen. EF Tours……DO BETTER!!!

Unable to put in tour number and access code

I only just got this app and I can’t join my group because the screen to put in the tour and access code freezes. I am unable to type anything in and I’ve tried restarting app the several times but I get the same issue. Please fix.
