Very difficult to make it stop even if you are inside parking area - this causes great difficulty and spends a lot of time to get it to park

I had a very frustrating experience using this scooter app. First off, the app constantly crashes or freezes, making it difficult to even locate a scooter. When I finally found one, unlocking it took forever, and sometimes the scooters wouldn’t unlock at all, even though I was charged for the ride!
The navigation and GPS features are incredibly inaccurate, causing me to waste time searching for scooters that were supposedly nearby but clearly weren’t. On top of that, the app overcharges. I’ve had multiple rides where I was charged for time I didn’t even use the scooter.
Customer support is practically non-existent—no way to get quick help if something goes wrong, and their responses, when they do come, are unhelpful and slow.
In short, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable, hassle-free ride. It’s more stress than it’s worth.
