The app is not working properly and keeps showing error 503. It is very difficult to use.
اسوء تطبيق محد يرد عليك
حجزت سياره واخذو الفلوس وبعدها مقدر اركبها لان التطبيق معلق ولا احد يرد من خدمه العملاء سواء اتصال واتس تويتر
لا انصح بها
تم ايجار سياره متهالكه ديكورات متكسره واصوات من تحت مص ومساعد والمكينه فيها اصوات والكفرات تطلع صوت تحبيل رجه اثناء القياده ولم يتم تغيرها ورفض الموظف اني اسوي انهاء الرحله يقول ما تقدر تستاجر سياره غيرها ورايح يتواصل معك الدعم الفني

تلاعب واخذ فلوس من غير حق
تطبيق سي جدا جدا تستاجر عنده ساعه ولا سنه كله نفس الشي وعادي جدا
يطالبونك بفلوس مالهم حق فيها
انا مستاجره منهم من سنين وسلمت لهم السيارة من وقتها وسليمه وكل شي
اكتشف بعدها بكم شهر يقلوا هاتفي فلوس السيارة فيها اضرار .. واش يضمن لي انه هذي الاضرار مني انتم استلمتوا السيارة ولا فوقها بكل كلاحة وجهه يرفعوا المطالبه في سمه .. هذا كذب وافتراء تشوفوا كيف تجيبي فلوس بطرق مخالفه للقانون بس عشان تغطوا على مشاكلكم وتكبروا جيوبكم

أخذت السيارة و هي متعطلة بدون سابق انذار و بدون ما يكتبون، جلست انتظر الفني ٣ ساعات و لا بعد جاني بدون معدات تصليح ولا شي يقول نروح سوا للمحطة و أنا جاي من مكان بعيد في الحر، حتى ما تنزلوا يرسلون سيارة جديدة، أول مرة و آخر مرة أتعامل معهم

Clean modern and convenient car. Very helpful app and affordable and lastly the customer service agent, I think his name was Muhammed; Egyptian guy. He was so helpful and supportive
Great service
Super easy app to use, car was clean when I picked it up and when my car was in the garage a lot longer than expected I was able to extend the hire without changing cars. Highly recommend, fantastic service. One area of improvement would be to have the option of a pick up service of outside the green zones, but nothing that would stop me using again.

تطبيق حجز سيارة من المطار رائع للغاية وسهولة الحجز والاسعار رهيبه ⭐️⭐️⭐️
تطبيق سيء وتعامل سيء
من ثلاث ايام أحاول احجز سيارة. مرة مشكلة في تسجيل الدخول ومرة مشكلة في وسيلة الدفع حاولي غيريها. ولما دفعت وحجزت الغوها بكل بساطة ورجعوا المبلغ بسبب ان الطلب غير مسجل وان ماعندهم أسطول سيارات؟! اقلها تبلغوني بدري ما تخلوني انتظركم!!!! الله لايوفقكم
تطبيق حرامي وياخذ مبالغ من غير حق
السيارات عمرها ماكانت نظيفة وفوقها السيارة يوم بـ 114 ريال مع كود خصم صارت بـ 96 ريال سحب من بالبطاقة 121 ريال قبلها ماخذين 3 ريال تجربة بالبطاقة ولا رجعوها ولا ياحسبون فيزا ياخذون مدى بس
The worst company ever
They didn't let me use the car because I was on a reentry visa which it wasn't mentioned it will be an issue when I was paying for the car. When I asked for refund they were trying to find excuses and never refunded my money. They are a scam! Don't go with them. They are ripping off people.

The worst car rental I have ever dealt with
I was charged for a car which was not in working condition, only to be reimbursed with app credit, forcing me to rebook with them to get my money’s worth, second car I booked also not in working condition, when I called customer service they offered to yet again reimburse me to take a taxi to another car that’s in working order, a never ending loop of my money being trapped with app credit, finally I found a car I could use, which was in terrible condition, low tire pressure, dirty on the outside and the inside, and to top it all off they charged me 60dhs because they claim the tank was 56% when I booked and 50% when I returned it even though I sent a photo of the gauge stating it was more than what they claimed, including receipts of the refuel. If you wanna get scammed with hidden fees you will have a great time using this app
