These Croatian taxi drivers try and overcharge you and give you the wrong change happened at least 3 times until I finally learnt what the currency was. Trying to have tourists off is nothing short of embarrassing
Disappointing
Never received the sms code to my U.K. number while trying to register in Croatia to order a taxi…
Doesn’t send any activation code!
I’m trying since long time to register. Never got the activation code and all the time I have to renter all info!!!!!
Unreliable
We used this app a couple of times. It is cheap but unreliable. On our way back to the airport the ride was confirmed then cancelled and we had to get an expensive Uber
Registering not possible
I can’t register on the app on my iPhone. Called Eko taxi... they didn’t have a clue. Sitting in Dubrovnik and no Eko taxi possible
Best in town taxi company but app can be improved
In my opinion this is the best taxi company in Zagreb, but the app needs to be upgraded:
- waiting times are always wrong (sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes while the app initially says it’s 3-5 minutes)
- location of driver is not accurate (updates are rare and quality of geolocalization is worse than comparable app)
Anyway thank you for the service, your taxis are very good and cheap!

aplikacija ne dozvoljava narudzbu bez broja kuće, a sam ne dozvoljava unos broja. Apsurd
