I don’t get why they haven’t made it easier to receive my points. Why aren’t they able to link to our phone #’s, and collect our points automatically?

Rewards do not work for Santa Fe location
After numerous times of reaching out to contact support there is no resolution. Please note the movie theatre is great and we will continue to support it but the app is not great in terms of reward functions.

This was my first time to book movie ticket using an app. I was very pleased at how quick and easy it was to choose seats and pay for them.

Can’t use gift cards for purchases in app. If time runs out once you’ve selected seats, the seats are locked and are not available when you retry. Have your payment information ready, but not gift card! Gift cards only good at location. Timer should suspend or at least restart when you get to payment section. So, if you have trouble selecting seats once you make your decision go back restart and then select your seat so you can get to the payment section quick enough to enter your details without.

Showbiz theaters are missing now
I used to be able to buy tickets for my local show theater but now it’s not on there anymore. I know it’s owned by the same company. I’m not sure why it.
User-Friendly
Easy to select movie, date, time, seat. One thing: After picking a seat, you must check ‘apply to all seats’ - ( meaning the ticket amount), …. And then app just sits there…..Finally Figured Out You Have To Click On The Ticket Type & Dollar Amount BLACK BOX. I wish there were directions. EASY TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION ON THE APP if your plans change.
