Not reliable
Unfortunately it often struggles to connect despite strong wifi connection. I also have it on my iwatch and it tells you it has executed an action with a blue tick that appears. Though it is very brief and easy to miss.
Significant issues post firmware upgrade
Unit regularly disconnects to the internet post the last firmware upgrade, support on the issue has not been great.
Locked out of app
I cancelled the auto subscription just after renewing and was immediately locked out of the app
Issues
Never allows me to activate or turn off from app when off site.
