Server down after 6 pm
App works like a govt office. Doesn’t work after 6 pm. And most of the time can’t load the correct user data. Pathetic experience. Useless app

Load time and change password
ElNetPPS v3.0 App is taking too much time to connect to server for login and any submitted request to the server. Change password is not responding. Not recommended in present shape.

I don’t know how this is being pushed on us, this app is beyond garbage. Logs out automatically, doesn't refresh, the forgot password is useless. There is not one thing working on this app.

This app has many lags and always throws an error of connecting to server. Take too much time to load the details of meter.

App is draining battery in background
The App drains the battery pretty fast even if it is running in the background. When I killed the app, then battery was normal.

Whether it's crashing unexpectedly or displaying cryptic server errors, using this app has been a test of my patience. I had hoped for a seamless experience to manage my electricity usage, but unfortunately, this app falls far short of expectations.
