Broken
The new update (Sep/2026) has broken part of the app. I see real time info, but get “data receiving failed “ for any attempt at looking at the “apems” tab. Please roll back the update, it wasn’t broken and worked fine before.

Latest Upgrade is a Downgrade
Not sure what problem they were trying to address with the latest upgrade but they made some bad choices.
You now need extra clicks to get to day/daily/monthly/yearly graphs. The graphs are now more poorly represented, are smaller and no longer switch to landscape on a phone.
Pretty poor upgrade since the graphs were the most important features for home users.

You made it worse
Why are companies obsessed with AI slop and trying to make everything “AI”? This app is so much worse since you “upgraded it”. The old app was simple, utilitarian and easy to use. I used it everyday, multiple times a day. The new one I go days without looking at because finding the information I want is so awkward and frustrating that I can’t be bothered. I will just uninstall it and only download it again it my system has a problem, hopefully you have gone back to the a simpler system again by then.

This update is complete garbage
My customers are calling me to ask what happened to the app. AP Systems used to have the best app in the industry and now with this “update” it’s the worst by far. Things are slow and delayed, you have to click more to see different ecu’s and module views. There is a fancy smooth curve for power generation but you can’t see it a clearly as it was before. Might be time to switch inverter companies.

The old app was better
The new and improved app no longer shows individual panel output and also missing is the daily, monthly, and yearly average graphs. The new app is a big disappointment. I wish I hadn’t updated!

Data upload failed in new version. Can’t see panel info, daily energy, or any tracking info
Terrible design
No easy way to view monthly data. It requires four clicks to get to that. Bot gives help that seems like it’s for an entirely different app. There’s literally four numbers I want to see when I open the app. Current generation, daily generation, monthly generation and carbon credits. I don’t need the size of the system on the home page. Put that behind 4 clicks because once I know that I don’t need to see it again.

Worse UI
The new UI and nav flow has moved common views behind more taps and menus. Panel insights are now like 3 layers deep. The previous UI, while not pretty, simply laid all the most important views out front and you could get to them in one tap with the bottom nav.
Was this designed with AI? It looks and feels like a generic AI app design now.

Turned into junk
The functionality of the app has gone to nearly 0 after the update. Doesn’t anyone pre check things before rolling out? Even the AI bot think there is a homepage option to see your stats that doesn’t exist
New Version is Trash
The one function I loved on this app; seeing the solar panel consumption day over day, month over month, year over year, is now gone. I hate the new version.
Decent but lots of room for improvement
The app works as intended, but the user interface is not very easy to use.
A simple change to create a view where all modules are viewable on a single screen grouped by “View Name” would go a long way.
For my home we have panels on both the garage and on the home and it’s a pain to have to switch between views to see total panel production or to not be able to arrange the placement of the panels on the app.

App update downgrade
Warning: do not install the update. It's terrible. Even today's update on the update is still terrible 🤮
The app was "updated" to a much less functional dashboard view 🤦♂️🤯
And little boxes with unreadable partial numbers displayed, and reduced usability/simplicity

Useless after update
New version takes away ability to view historic data only shows real-time.
No support links in app.

Update made at worse
The prior app was easy to use and very informational. The most recent update has practically destroyed the app and made it much harder to use, much harder to get the information I need, and more clicks to get there. There’s absolutely nothing better about the new app version.

This latest update does not even allow me to view day month yearly output like previously, seems to be way less info then the web application
New version is terrible
The new version does not have features of old version. There is no module display which can be monitored over the day or data for comparison with previous day, month, year. It’s terrible.

Showed some nice stats before, now it doesn’t and throws a “data receiving error” message on the second screen
Baaaaad “upgrade”
This “upgrade” is so much worse than the previous version. No way to check previous days/weeks/months generation. No way to monitor module strength. Both these were available on the previous version. Is there an option to “downgrade” to the previous version?
