Advance Payment Not Working

I have been trying for several days to make an advance payment using EMAAR One. It keeps loading on the final page and never completes the transaction. I’ve reported the issue with screenshots but EMAAR says the issue has been fixed. Clearly, it hasn’t. I’ve tried different devices and reinstalled the app to no avail.

Slow, full of bugs and keeps crashing

Even after the latest update v6.4.6, the app crashes often, certain menus do not load properly, and sometimes the place I occupy does not even show up. I have higher expectations from such a well established developer with so many properties.

Everything is bad about Emaar

The service gone down with Emaar since 2024 this is including the communication too, ur staff are very bad even in the office in manzil mall , I already sold one of my properties with Emaar and trying to get rid of second one

- very slow
- can’t delete notification messages
- some items not clear how to request ( example how to ad a car to my property for easy access )
- does not show how much credit I paid towards annual service charge

Visitors pass

I own my apartment, you do not have the right to control the visitors except through assurance of granting access. I set the time when they leave you don’t even if they are sleeping over or if I want to give an access to a family member for months.
This is illegal and you must fix the app so it supports the residents and not disturbs them.

has been updated with a new interface. However i find the old interface was better and more user friendly. also the AI integrated is not very smart …
