Accessibility
As a blind user, I love this system. I have it set up with Alexa which makes life easier. The app does need to be updated so that all buttons are tagged properly so that they read with VoiceOver.

Brilliant solution
I have a Tado X system for my radiators. Unfortunately Tado only provide basic On/Off switching for hot water so last year I bought the EPH-HW-OT programmer and wireless thermostat for my cylinder. Tado still turns it on and off once a day but EPH provides granular control and allows me to see and set temperatures easily. Even before adding the Gateway EPH support was brilliant. I just added the GW04 gateway (nervous as GW03 is specified) and installed the app. Again with amazing support to set the wireless thermostat transmitter in hub mode and I was quickly up and running. I expected to just monitor temperatures but I can actually do all the programming I need in the app. I would give 6 stars if I could.

DOES’NT WORK OUTSIDE HOME TIME ZONE
Major design flaw in the app that must be addressed immediately. The app is rendered useless outside home time zone. If you are in a different time zone…eg: home in IRL, you’re in the US…you can’t use any function on the app. No boost, no changing times, nothing!!! FRUSTRATING!!!

Reconnecting to app
Due to user error i lost connection between my controller and the app. After much pulling out of hair i rang NPH and got a very helpful support person who talked me through the entire process in very easy steps. Now working again. Overall excellent kit we have had the system for about 6 months and are very pleased. Would definitely recommend the kit and the app.

Not good enough
For such simple functions that this app has to carry out, it was incredibly poor. The owners of the app need to invest in improving it. It can take multiple attempts to actually make changes take effect and often it just randomly restores old settings. Extremely frustrating - these glitches have negative environmental impacts (running heat or water unintentionally) and costs users money.

Good system, irritating problem
The system itself works well but as already highlighted and not fixed, you can adjust the temperature in app but it can take several attempts for the change to take effect. Change the temperature to a new value then seconds later it usually reverts back to the original setting. Annoying if it looks to have worked but then the heating is on all night because it’s reverted.

Unexpectedly stopped working
App suddenly stopped working and connecting to my heating and I can no longer control my heating . No one seems to be able to help
Fantastic support
Not quite as intuitive as some systems but much easier & less expensive to retro fit to my heating system than putting in a whole new control system.
The phone support is fantastic…Greg is a legend! Initial support for my ineptitude and then when there was an issue with my network…thank you!

I love this app for my heating. Occasionally I need a bit of help to reconnect thermostats to the programmer etc but they could not be more responsive or helpful esp Patrick 🙌🏻
