I have now been charged over four times now for a service I’m not even subscribed to. Customer service is a joke and will not respond to you and will continue to charge your card even after you delete your account.

I keep getting charged for this app. I don’t know how or where to cancel my subscription and the company is completely unresponsive. Do not i repeat DO NOT download this app they will scam you for months and you’ll be able to do nothing about it.

Subscription

It is a good and helpful app. Had a wide variety of options for exercises depending on muscles you want to focus on.

One downside is that you cannot cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings as it says in their terms and conditions.

However, I emailed their support team email and received a reply within a couple hours which is amazing. Their support team was extremely helpful and nice.

I’ve cancelled my subscription via what they said on the policy, and i still got charged. this is not a reliable app. You have to REQUEST A CANCELLATION. and for a refund you have to atleast gone through 14 days of workouts.

don’t get it

like someone else on here stated, don’t download this app. they continue to charge you and if you clicked the free trial you don’t get reminded of the end date which i guess is fine. however, you keep getting billed. i’ve tried to see if i can cancel on subscriptions but funny thing is it doesn’t pop up on your settings for you to do it. so be careful, don’t buy anything from this app!

SCAM

Such a scam. I did subscribe for a trial and they charged me 38$ after. It does not matter if they have a “support team” they never answer. Embody don’t come to me with your bs “you can always contact our support team” I did multiple times and I’ve heard nothing back yet I WANT A REFUND I already deleted my account and still nothing. I already reported it with Apple support

Don’t buy any subscriptions of them. They just charge your cards without your knowledge and making fool to people. Its a complete scam. I dispute through my bank and also if needs will go with dispute through court. They are SCAMMERS.

Not as Advertised

I do not recommend this app. I signed up after an ad for a 30-day challenge. After day 21 it stopped loading new workouts - not exactly 30-day. I was going to finish the month out since I paid for it even though the workout equality was poor. The actual workouts didn’t really focus on the muscle groups described, the animated instruction was sometimes poor, and there was no transition between movements.

Once you make a login and make one payment. You are unable to delete the account. Anything you do it will still charge ur card. When trying to delete it says “press delete but the button is greyed out and there is no possible was to stop paying.
