Terrible App
When a membership has been renewed but it hasn’t expired, this app cannot give you an updated card! You have to go back AFTER it’s expired.
You need to know your member id. Why not use phone or email?

some functionality doesn’t work
seems to rely on internet connection to load the cards — not good for when I don’t have signal! also, the “add to wallet” button does not work and just loads forever. I’d really like to be able to add cards to my wallet so I don’t have to rely on having cell service…

Sorry. Will not download to iPhone wallet - perpetual revolving circle. Won’t allow a phot either.
Update: got an e-mail from the developer. Still dies not work. Same thing. And although it appears there is a way to contact the developer it just leads to a web page - unable to find where to contact.

Won’t save my passes to my Apple Wallet
It won’t let you save passes to Apple wallet and there’s also no clear way to reach customer support. I wish my membership didn’t use this app.
Won’t Add to Wallet
Not downloading to iPhone Wallet. Previously worked last year but when I renewed my membership, won’t allow me now to add card to wallet (which is the only reason I’m using the app).
