Won’t save my passes to my Apple Wallet
It won’t let you save passes to Apple wallet and there’s also no clear way to reach customer support. I wish my membership didn’t use this app.
Won’t Add to Wallet
Not downloading to iPhone Wallet. Previously worked last year but when I renewed my membership, won’t allow me now to add card to wallet (which is the only reason I’m using the app).

Sorry. Will not download to iPhone wallet - perpetual revolving circle. Won’t allow a phot either.
Loses my membership card constantly
The only function of this app does not function. Every time I open it to use my membership card it is missing, so I spend 5-10 minutes searching through email for membership numbers.

Can’t retrieve my membership card
We were gifted Binder Zoo tickets from our grandmother. I have the email confirmation with all info needed to retrieve the emembership card. It asks for the member number (which we have) & a last name (tried all that would apply) & still no luck. I emailed binder zoo to make sure our membership was valid…it is, until the end of this year in November. So there’s really no other explanation that I can come up as to why it’s telling me our membership doesn’t exist when Binder Zoo was able to pull our membership up…just frustrating because it’s my sons 1st bday this weekend & I was trying to prepare for it. This gets in my way.

Broken on iOS 26 (Resolved)
Update: The recent app update made it clear that this issue was because I had downloaded my membership cards too many times (phone upgrades, AppleCare, etc). I contacted the museum and they reset my membership, fixing the issue. This is still a terrible UX though, as I should be able to reset/clear all my prior membership downloads and see how many I have left from the app. The app itself works well, but feels a bit dated.

Can’t add to apple wallet
I think the app needs to be updated or something because no matter what I try I can’t add my pass to apple wallet. Nothing happens when i tap the Download Passes button.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience you faced. This issue occurred because your membership may have reached the maximum card download limit. A message should have been shown indicating this, but that has now been fixed in the latest update. Please update the app and try again. Thank you for your patience!
Didn’t work
I needed this app for one membership.. it deleted my membership card and refuses to download it. Absolutely useless.

Update: after installing iOS 26.0.1, I was able to get it to work. There was a long wait where the app hung after adding card to Apple Wallet, but I killed the app and reopened it and my card was added the second time.

Handy but one super annoying feature
The app pops up your membership card on your lock screen when you get near the institution. Unfortunately if you live close by, as I do, this means it is constantly on your lock screen with no way to get rid of it!! It is super annoying and I’m probably going to delete the app and just reload it when I need the card. Hope this can be fixed in future.

Can’t add to Apple Wallet
Says it has been added to wallet, but it doesn’t appear there.
Can’t load to Apple Wallet
App locates museum and downloads my membership card but can’t add the card to my Apple Wallet. Phone screen just says “Loading …” over and over.
Great app
Very useful and great app. One can easily navigate within the app.
Searching for institutions doesn’t work
Typing in company name doesn’t return anything except ‘Fairytale Town’. My company name doesn’t even start with the same letter or contain any words from this company name. Also tried on Android device and the app is even worse and typing doesn’t show the characters while typing and there is no loader or feedback that any action is happening upon searching institution/company name.

Still does not work!! I searched for the exact words and variations. Nothing works.

Doesn’t actually work??
Once the app opens all it does is cycle the entire time with a screen that says “loading institutions.” Really pointless.
“Loading institutions” infinity spinning wheel
Just downloaded the app so that I can use my local museum membership but when the app opens, it just gives a “loading institutions” message with the spinning wheel of death forever.
