Need to be more reliable.
Lately, the simply will not launch. Reboots do not help. I’ve even mentioned the instability of the app to a driver and his suggestion was to just wait 15-20 mins for a bus to show up and not rely on the real-time locations of buses even when the app works!

Accurate tracking, clunky interface
The interface is somewhat non intuitive but you can get the hang of it. I was impressed how real time the bus tracking was on the map. Also as far as I can tell this is the only way to get this information as I can’t find the emery go round times and routes inside other apps so I guess it’s your only choice 🤷♂️

Please turn off the signal if out of service
This is a great real time emery go-round locating system. I appreciate they made it. However, driver can easily make people confused.
I work close to the bus parking lot and one day the app says “6min”, “3min”, “<1min”, then “no prediction” didn’t end up coming to where I was waiting. The real time location disappeared at around 53rd on Hollis.

What happened?
This app in its first week worked great. Now I don't see any buses I'm on. They are all clustered on the map in the same location. Day or night. I've submitted feedback via email but have yet to hear back. App isn't optimized for iPhone plus. Large status bar etc.
Horrible app icon. I want to use this app, but honestly it's such a let down. Hope you update it and make it function again. Right now it's DOA.

Such an improvement
The new app and changes to the bus schedule are great. I was skeptical at first because it's a little harder to figure out what bus to take, but once you figure it out, there buses come much more frequently, and the app helps you figure out exactly when the bus will get there. Game changer.
