The measurements don’t lie! I lost an inch from my waist and 2 lbs. on the scale. My photos look practically the same, but I feel more comfortable in my clothing and I feel ACCOMPLISHED. I set out to follow specific assignments for 1 week and got awesome results. I would absolutely sign up for another challenge.
