Awful app
So the app subscription doesn’t show up in your apple subscriptions. You can’t cancel the trial version. Then takes £83 out of your bank. Be very careful people.
Surprise surprise they don’t do the subscription through Apple because the have all your bank details and can take whatever whenever.basically the app that supposed to save your money takes your money.

I loved the automatic connection that this app does, it’s so simple to organize my finances
Customer Service is atrocious
After finding out I had been charged after already closing my subscription and deleting the app, I tried to contact customer service for help in getting the refund. However, instead of receiving any help, I was given an automated response offering a partial refund or to just keep the subscription. Considering the amount I was charged, the fact I didn’t even get a response within the first few hours was ridiculous to me. I tried to reach out multiple times with being told the assistant was online, however I received no response at all. Not only is this app overpriced and unhelpful, the customer support was absolutely dire. Do not get the subscription, it will cause a lot more trouble than you would imagine.

Stick at it
I come and go from this app. If you’re having financial difficulties, it can be hard to face when it’s glaring at you from an app, but use the app to get things in order. Hide what you don’t need to see while you’re working on it, focus on the improvements and let the app do its work and ditch subscriptions you don’t need. You will feel better :)

Terrible app which forced me to pay a subscription
I forgot to turn off the annual subscription and asked to cancel the subscription on the day I got charged but they leave me no option to get a refund. This avoidance of subscription is entirely what they are advertising but the app defeated its purposes. I am quite disappointing and didn’t enjoy the app’s slow delivery of fund as well as bad investment management. They forced me to quit my investment account by changing their policy. This entire app is a pretty awful experience.
