Disappointing
Unfortunately the app (like many of the trains) is not working. There are lots of bugs that stop it from functioning as soon as you load the app

I rather quite think the app is great, when you book a train on line it’s common sense to screenshot the tickets, incase of lag or not internet, I personally don’t understand the low rated stars, if you don’t like the way the app works then buy your tickets from the ticket machines, I think the app is perfect and straight forward and really helps with your directions and platforms!!! I struggle with directions and where to go. But this app has been wonderful for me and taught me to feel more free and independent and less anxious🫂

Does not work
It will not let me register, change a password on an existing account. Fix the app. It worked a month ago

It’s easy to search for journeys on the EMR network as well as other routes and buy tickets via Apple Pay. A possible improvement would be to better display 1st class prices. Sometimes these tickets can be only a little more than standard class when booked in advance.
