I am very disappointed with my experience using Encircle.
When I signed up, I was not fully aware of several additional fees that would be charged beyond the monthly subscription. Recently, I began receiving invoices for floor plan services and other charges that were not clearly communicated during the sales process. As a small restoration company, unexpected fees can have a significant impact on operating costs.
My biggest concern is the lack of transparency regarding pricing. What initially appeared to be a straightforward service became much more expensive once additional charges started appearing. I also feel locked into a contract that does not provide the flexibility I expected.
The software itself has potential, but companies should be upfront about all costs associated with their platform before customers commit. Clear communication and transparent pricing would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

the only thing i hate about my job is dealing with this app
Great program
We have used Encircle for about 4 years now. They keep adding great features needed by restorers. They are also open to suggestions and will do what they can to add features.
Poor functionality
Constantly crashing and I’m spending more time waiting between functions, example when taking pictures I can count to thirty from when I touch the camera button till it wakes up and takes the picture, or it will crash and I have to restart the process.
Used to be a Great inventory tracking app
Great way to keep track of all your stuff, with receipts & pics, serial numbers, etc!
Update: the company just removed access to the home inventory feature with minimal notice and didn’t provide data backup.
