wont let me make account or even log in with apple smh
Can’t even log in anymore.
This app was nice to use. But now I can’t even log-in or even logout. It auto logins me though. But nothing works and it’s now very infuriating for me to use this app. Contemplating on deleting this app.

I have a package that never got to me and it’s been months. So I try to go on the app, and I can’t see any auctions, it’s telling me I’ve had no previous purchases even though I’ve bought another item that did ship to me. There’s a button for contact us, and when I click that it just says “No messages to show yet”. And the logout button does nothing !! Not sure if this is just a quickly vibecoded app that’s broken down or what, but I now have an item that I paid for and didn’t receive, that I can’t access and I can’t find support to reach out to.

Was nifty until I tried it again today
I never really used it all that much but I did like the idea behind it. Tried using it today and no matter what I do (even after like 3 app reinstalls) it just doesn’t work. Nothing loads and nothing works
White screen
I’ve been using this app for a year and I’ve had not a lot of problems. I didn’t use it for a couple months and then yesterday I redownloaded it and it kept me logged in but there was no listings and everything was blank white.

Trash app don’t use
All of a sudden I try to log on, and it’s all blank even my profile. I click the help button and it shows my account name for a second then constant errors. Screw this dead app, I’ll stick to my usuals.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Encore’s Customer Service is by far the worst. They don’t get back to customer in a timely manner!
No buyer protection and bad customer service
Started off as a seller on the app. I was a five star seller with 100 sales in 3 months and they banned me from selling without any warnings and when I reached out about it they could not give me an answer other than I broke the terms of service but couldn’t explain how. From the buyers perspective I bought a game and I reached out to them after 8 days and the game was not shipped. The answer I got is the seller is dealing with logical problems. When the game finally came in 15 days later it had a deep scratch on it. I reached to customer service yet again and haven’t received a response back from them and it has been a week. This was a $50 game that is now just a coaster. Do no buy from this site or sell on this site!

I can only speak for my time using the app towards Pokemon, but I’m sure this can speak to anyone using the app for anything; Encore provides a wonderful currated platform to buy and sell products in long and short term auction format. The ability to see what will be auctioned in the future of short term auctions is wonderful. There’s occasionally wonderful giveaways you can enter from sellers or the platform itself.
There’s a great referral program and the more you use and buy, the more you can get back in credit. Sellers can combine shipping post-sale to give quick refunds on combined orders after auctions which is wonderful.
Messaging sellers and customer support is also convenient and of ease. Everyone I’ve interacted with has replied in a timely manner and with great help/assurance of what I reach out to for.
Can’t recommend the platform and the experience of using it enough!

NEVER GOT PAYMENT!!
Never got payment for what I sold!!
Sellers beware
Was selling on the app and was abruptly disabled. When I reached out as to why I couldn’t sell anymore all I got was you violated the terms of service. As a seller who has and still is selling on multiple platforms I can say their transparency and customer service skills are inadequate.they couldn’t even explain to me how I violated their terms and was just ignored after. I would just stick to bigger selling apps that have superior buyers and customer service.
