I received a package containing an empty box, but I haven't been refunded.
I frequently use this online site, but when I purchased an MM6 TIMEX ring watch, I was shocked to receive only an empty box—the item itself was missing. When I contacted them, they insisted—citing CCTV footage—that there were no issues at the time of shipment and flatly refused to issue a refund. It is absolutely infuriating to think I might just have to accept this loss. The customer service was terrible; it was truly a horrible experience. If your package doesn't arrive, customer service won't help you. Please be careful.
