Most helpful tool

Most helpful tool in tracking all symptoms, stools and meals. Informative and useful feedback on nutrition and Fodmap

Love it, but wish it had stats like other apps

This is the only tracker I’ve been able to keep due to it’s ease and simplicity. However it’s so simple it doesn’t have complex stats or a way to view long term symptoms. I pay for + and the analysis has been incredibly helpful for me in understanding how to improve my digestive health- it takes previous meals into account as well. Highly recommend overall for a simple day to day tracker

Fab for tracking triggers

I love this app for tracking food triggers. The only thing missing for me is the ability to track medications associated with IBS.

Extremely buggy and not obviously worth the money

This app is literally so buggy that even the send feedback (bug report button) doesn’t work.

Typing into the input box doesn’t work reliably.

Graphs shown in the App Store listing aren’t actually in the app.

Food database doesn’t have 90% of products (but does have most ingredients). No way to bulk enter ingredients though, and as I said the typing doesn’t work properly.

App doesn’t really tell you clearly what features you’ll get by paying and doesn’t offer any kind of trial so there’s no way to know.

Great app for IBS

This app is a great way to quickly identify potential food sources which exacerbate IBS symptoms.

Love the update- able to track food for free!

Initially, I was only able to not log symptoms for free, but since the latest update, I’ve been able to log my meals, symptoms, and stool type,
All for free, which has been super helpful! I’m not able to look at any analysis or anything longer than one day without the paid version. I might pay for it in the future. But I do love what they’ve done with it so far

Excellent app!!

So clear and easy to use, been using for a week and already a helpful picture of what my triggers are. Only thing would make it better is even more food listed but it’s still great as can make your own entries and add specific items you ate in the meal!

Best of similar apps

I downloaded and tested 7 apps for tracking food, stress, and environmental triggers. I used all of them for 4 days and kept only this one. The format is simple, but comprehensive and I have already learned useful things to solve the IBS that affects me.

Upset 😌

I have been using the application for three days and although it looks good, in the end I don't know if it will ultimately remain only a record of food and symptoms and will not accompany the user in determining possible digestive problems. When it comes to registering a dish, the AI support is very slow (it becomes desperate), and on the other hand, it has errors such as the impossibility of sending feedback to the company/programmers through the link that they themselves have created. I have a month paid and I will continue, but I doubt I will keep it beyond a month if nothing new appears

Help

I’ve just upgraded to the paid version and can’t see how this tells you which foods trigger your symptoms. Can anyone help explain please?

Useful tool

Using this to do a food diary, not bad considering I'm using the free version. Unlikely to upgrade. A bit clunky in places and limited info on symptoms but I'll stick with it.

Won’t load anymore

Was a great app, totally loved it, but pointless now because the loading screen hasn’t actually moved on to being the screen with the food diary and the plus sign. I thought maybe it was my wifi causing the issue, but i’ve now tried it in multiple places using different wi-fi’s and data’s and it still doesn’t load :(

Problems

App not working as of 12 April 2024.

Love this app!

Exquisitely designed!
Can track food, symptoms, and triggers all in one place. Easily see everything together. I really like getting to see the food and symptoms all in one area. This makes it easier to understand what is happening.

Also able to customize symptoms and triggers. I need to track a few things that are not listed. This feature has made it simple to track.

There was a recent update and the chart is so much easier to read now for symptoms.

This app has helped me so much.

How to actually learn

I’ve started using this app and I’ve had a positive experience with inputting my meals and symptoms, however, I was hoping to be given graphs or suggestions on which foods are likely to be my triggers. I expected the app to find correlations and communicate them to me but I’ve been using it for a few days and there’s no easy way of identifying anything. Am I missing a feature of the app? Advertising screenshots show graphs that I don’t see.

Great, simple and free

Perfect for those looking for an easy free DIY solution. My one suggestion for improvement would be to more easily visualise meal times and types in the graph.

And perhaps a way to, over time, build a model that connects symptom severity to certain types of food.

Simple and Useful

Simple interface, helps keep track of essentials: different symptoms at different times and food you’ve eaten. First step into taking control of my IBS. Thanks endive!

Major issues but it’s good

At first, I couldn’t tap to track my symptoms so deleted the app. Then I learnt that IF you add custom symptoms and the words/sentence is too long there is no space to move the button on the bar (that’s how to mark the intensity of the symptom).

That’s is a major flaw, and that’s why I couldn’t use the tracker the first time and decided to delete it. But there is nothing quite like this app out there…

Nice

Simple and efficient I like it so far

Amazing

So grateful for this app, allowed me to to detect the common denominators and triggers of my ibs of which I’ve found so difficult to track without keeping a note of things.

Honestly it’s the clearest, simplest way to track your bodies reactions to what your eating- not to mention the actual design of the app is positive and colourful!!

Making the my ibs journey less grey and miserable, but is allowing me to experience such personal growth through finding the patterns that can be avoided.

Whoever started this app is a gem!
