App is terrible
I’ve been trying to sign in for over an hour. I need a verification code. By the time I get it, the time limit has expired.
Crashes EVERY TIME a manual payment is attempted
App is worthless. iOS 26.x, iPhone 12 Pro.

Bought policy, but cancelled after 24 houra
I bought the policy yesterday morning, and the customer rep told me to get the app. Came on app store to get the app and saw the mostly-negative reviews. Went on google playstore and found majorly negative reviews. I called back the next morning and asked to cancel, the customer rep transferred me to a manager, who tried to convince me that the reviews were "fake". Told him I made up my mind already.
He even gave me a $15 reduction for the monthly payments, I said I wasnt calling for a reduction, but for a total cancellation. He went on for several minutes trying to change my mind, he was polite initially. But when he realized that being polite wasn't working on me, he switched up and became angry, yelling and spoke to me like I was some child who didn't know what he wanted. I told him "respectfully I made up my mind".
He went on to say in an angrier tone, "You have your wish, your policy is cancelled now have a nice day", he then ended the call without giving me details of my refund and how it was gonna get processed.
I had to call back to get the details from a different customer rep who was calmer than the manager.
That manager needs to be trained and retrained.

Does not Work!
This app absolutely does not work. I am trying to follow up on my claim and the only option is to Call In like it’s 1995.. They have had my vehicle awaiting a decision for a month and a half due to the claims process and issues with the inspector and uploading photos to the supervisor/underwriter.

I have had this warranty for about 7 months now, had to Try & use it about a month ago and it is horrible!! It takes FOREVER just to speak to someone & then to actually find a company that takes it 😩😵💫 still waiting on the getting it fixed part!! Because of different answers from different people within the company! First place I took it to said they would take this warranty BUT after the hassle they changed their mind to work on my car because of all the craziness just to get the correct answers. Paid out of pocket NOW twice still waiting on the job to be done.

Don’t go to them they tell you on the phone it take care of stuff connected to motor the get zero stars don’t go to them a waste of your time and money women was getting smart with me because wanted to cancel account
Don’t get endurance
Listen to all the negative review about the company. Just don’t do it, because they’ll deny all if not most of your claims to repair your car. And on top of that what seems like cancelling your policy is a huge hassle they usually make you wait a long time on hold or they disconnect the call. Trust me it’s a bad idea.

They don’t even deserve one star waste time on the phone when you purchase Also when you call them , they don’t fix any they don’t pay maintenance, they just find a excuse to to not pay , first time I take my car to the dealer for electronic stuff/ maintenance and they don’t want to pay,just canceled my policy, what a waste/ straight garbage

If i could give 0 stars i would. They give you the biggest run around if you try to cancel. They first put you on hold since the customer service cant cancel and the department that actually can cancel will disconnect the call multiple times. Save your time and energy and stay away

Will went to the mobile application though it would be better than the website will I’m wrong. The mobile application does not work better at all you need to work on that. So I”m going back to the website. Come on Endurance get your stuff together.
