Utter garbage
Impossible to sign up - endless loops asking for info but phone codes never come through. Why is this so complicated??????
The worst ever charging app?
This app is completely hopeless- it signs in via apple etc but will not use Apple Pay. It will not accept non Spanish address. The fields are not set up properly suggesting developer has no idea and then you realise that the charger you are trying to use is in the car park of an international hotel and will not let you pay. Sigh. Try again please !

Can't verify or request support
As part of the onboarding process you need to validate you phone number but the verification text is never received and then you are locked out and have to do the whole process again. Total garbage. I just want to add my payment details and use the chargers??
Useless - Cannot register
This app is terrible. It is full of bugs. I tried to register on my Android phone and whilst it said it had sent a verification it did not. Then when I tried to register again after waiting 30 mins it said my phone was in already registered. What a waste of time.
Awful app
Is really hard to add a payment method or make an account. Painfully slow to use and difficult to find out the final price after a charge.

Complicated to use. So many constraints e.g it forces you to declare that you’re an Italian resident, you must provide an Italian tax code even if you don’t have one if you’re not an Italian resident. Some UI glitches and complicated way to add a payment method.

I have tried for about 30 minutes to load the app so that I can use it and I’m being asked for something called an ID code and documents so when I load a passport it doesn’t let me carry on. It says there’s an error it doesn’t give you any instructions in English. It’s just a very bad app and requiring too much information to simply be able to charge your car that you can physically just pay for it with a credit card. Really need to look at the system to make it simplistic even the people tell me to download the app is very very complicated so not a good endorsement for your technology.

Never works properly
Terrible app and service, Enel/Endesa should be ashamed of themselves for such a poorly designed app and charging system, which never starts when the cable is plugged in, credit card is charged and then sends a message saying the charging session is ended, could not start because the cable wasn’t plugged in on time, only to actually start charging 10 minutes later if the cable is left plugged in, very frustrating…

Would benefit from improvements
It works !!! unlike a lot of the other EV charging apps. They haven’t made the effort to add my vehicle an Omoda 5EV, which has been available in Spain for the six months at least. They only have two MG models, when there are least four models on sale in the showrooms.
Even though I added two different debit cards, they are still pending and I can’t use them. Fortunately, my wife has already set up this app some weeks ago so I can use her account, so I can charge my car.

Failed every time I entered my credit card.
Less than useless
Can’t create an account as it is locked on Italy as a home country. Tried many different ways to get around this but no luck
Absolute trash
Constant errors and you won’t be able to charge your car even as a guest. Don’t use this app and don’t count on it for your trip.
