Issue tracking sleep

After an update last year the app stopped being able to track my sleep despite it being in my health app so I’m missing a lot of points. Please fix this!!

Please auto sync in the background

This App would be excellent if it could simply automatically sync with my watch or phone to record my activity. It is unrealistic to expect anyone to constantly remember to open the app so it synchronizes with your devices. This is not the 1900s the technology and capabilities exist. Besides limiting users their full rewards I can’t imagine a reason a fitness app wouldn’t have this feature by default. If you do the activity you should get the credit. It is just that simple.

Super annoying

The app is supposed to help me have better health, but it glitches, dies not show clearly what needs to be done. In the end I end up spending hours just trying to figure out how to get things done on the app, and the result is high blood pressure, increased cortisol and feling upset and angry.

I don’t think I could dislike an app more.

Too much lag.

Too much lag and I’m done complaining about this since no one reads these.

Great

I love this app thank you

Not family or group designed

As the primary I can see everything including HSA balance. My spouse as a beneficiary cannot. This seems odd. What happens if I’m sick. My spouse needs the same access I have under their own account so they can properly help manage things.

Awful to navigate

Endless repetitive information about everything except what is needed.

Dr list

The list to find a dr is out of date by over a year

Does not give points

The app is supposed to give points for logging sleep, food, exercise, etc that are used to enter sweepstakes. The app does not give the points it is supposed to. I have been addressing this issue with their technical team (I don’t believe they exist) for well over a year and they have not fixed the issue nor given me my points. App and customer service are terrible!

Frustrating

Finding care within this app is so difficult. Almost all addresses associated with the care providers are wrong. The search feature is incredibly slow and the results cannot be trusted. Specialty care is not labeled correctly for most care providers, or it’s missing entirely. All information has to be cross checked on external sites, making the search feature within this app useless.

Difficulty in checking personal information

This site is too completed to maneuver through. I am trying to check name, address, birthdate as instructed to do so upon receipt of my Anthem card, and I can’t even find where that information is listed in order to verify it is correct.

Can’t get it to work

Nothing but bugs. Especially when trying to get a tele-health appointment for my sick child. Can’t even get it to work. Keeps saying I need to have an address on file even though i have entered it in 3 different places as well as my account details.

Points

I have completed activities to receive 4000 plus points and I am not getting the credit I deserve so it’s a bit frustrating. I have sent emails to my employer which they are suppose to be looking into it, called insurance, messaged provider and no one seems to be able to get it straightened out

Great App!

Love the app! It’s great!

Opening issues

Have to shut down and reboot most days

Not useful for finding care

Information is never update. Tried to call 3 different primary care doctors and they all didn’t even work at the facility that was listed in the app. The app will also tell you that they are accepting new patients when they are really not. The numbers they have listed are not even appointment lines. You have to he transferred about 2 times before you even get to a person with whom you can schedule an appt. Don’t bother with this app and call you insurance provider directly. Make them find someone in your network.

Helpful infirmation

Questions I’ve had about benefits and recent medical care charges were easily available on my phone at my fingertips!
Claims have been processed quickly so I can contact providers with questions about billing costs I received.

User friendly

The engage app could be improved by adding a favorites button or something similar so you can save and favorite doctors while still researching without having to add to care team.

Great group

I have always had a great experience with Dr Miller and her nurses. They are very nice, make you feel as comfortable as they can, and there is never a long wait.

Filters unreliable

Filters for provider search are much less comprehensive than on the Engage website, the number of providers it pulls up is also significantly different than the site. Filters also don’t seem to work correctly, only pulled up a single provider for the specialty I was looking for when nearly 700 providers allegedly offer it. Will be going back to the website, app is essentially unusable without working filters.
