Ads apeared every about 5 second. It was far too bothersome for me.

There is a problem
I previously purchased this app — the full version. After about a year of use, the app suddenly stopped working. Every time I tried to open it, it would crash and close immediately. So I updated it through the App Store on my iPhone.
After the update, the app now treats me as a new user. All of the features and lifetime access I had paid for are gone. Also, in the original version, there was no login required. But now, the updated version requires an account to log in.
How can I access the version I originally purchased? I would like my subscription and features restored, otherwise this feels like theft. I paid for a lifetime subscription, and I expect it to be honored.
