Customer service doesn’t know how to do their job they have screwed me over countless times and that’s whenever you can get ahold of them. No I am not going to answer the copy and paste email you send to everyone that complains i do not want to be sent to a bot that doesn’t work. Screwing people over just to outsource jobs or pay people that’ll screw you over. If you’re gonna do the ai calling at least make one that works.

Update loop
You should’ve not made it iOS 17 and up only! We who can afford newer phones can’t have the luxury. I appreciate not being able to use a older ipa.
FORBIDDEN
I can log on to the website just fine, but it will not let me log into the APP. There is nothing wrong with the user ID or the password. Just gives me a error saying FORBIDDEN
Update doesn’t work, can’t login
I have tried to sign in with the saved password. I have tried to make a new password to login and I have used my Face ID, which has always worked in the past. I cannot login at all to pay my bill anymore, Once the update came out. Worst update ever !!!!!
App does not let to log in
I updated the app and now I cannot even log in. There is a stupid "forbidden" error that keeps popping up. I have tried all the fixes I could think of.

Not only did I have to sit in a hot house with a child all night and lost everything in my now water filled freezer because they “can’t” fix it tonight stopped answering my calls it’s absolutely insane to me it’s reaching 100s and it’s supposed to be back on 4pm you tell they should reimburse all the money they make us waste back let me fix the power at this point I’m not sleeping in my car for another this is just ridiculous

The app doesn't work
I don't know why they keep making apps so that they're not compatible with all the phones. Why not just keep it simple stupid? All sincerity. Not every customer wants to have or can afford the latest phone with the latest software/iOS update. Please stop trying to keep up with the Joneses and be kind to your customers. Power out, no one at Entergy knows why, per them.

Why can’t I open my app? It’s bc it says I have to have iOS 17 or better! Why did you change for those of us who don’t have this

Update broke street light reporting
The street light Outage reporting is broken with the last update. It will not follow your current location when trying to report a bad street light. It only stays at your home location and will not actually follow you like it did before.
Not able to open app
Although I have this app on my IPhone it won’t let me open and says new version to download. So I do but still won’t open. Not good as we are in the 2026 hurricane season

You cannot access the app without updated iOS. You cannot get updated iOS unless you have a new phone. You cannot get a new phone (cost) and go without electricity.
No longer can use the app.
I can not download the update version because I don’t have one of the newer iPhones. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford a newer phone. So not happy at all, I used the app to pay my bill and report/check outages.
