Can’t even log in
Almost every time I try even logging into this app, my credentials won’t even work! This app is pure garbage and in urgent need of a replacement.
Terrible
Can’t pay my bill. Need a button to push that says pay without signing in.
The User interface
The User interface on this app is atrocious. It is spaghetti code put together by literal children. Good luck and God speed.

My phone is old and I can’t afford a new one but yet it says I need to download an update that won’t download. How is that fair?
Thank you for never working
Customer service doesn’t know how to do their job they have screwed me over countless times and that’s whenever you can get ahold of them. No I am not going to answer the copy and paste email you send to everyone that complains i do not want to be sent to a bot that doesn’t work. Screwing people over just to outsource jobs or pay people that’ll screw you over. If you’re gonna do the ai calling at least make one that works.

Update loop
You should’ve not made it iOS 17 and up only! We who can afford newer phones can’t have the luxury. I appreciate not being able to use a older ipa.
FORBIDDEN
I can log on to the website just fine, but it will not let me log into the APP. There is nothing wrong with the user ID or the password. Just gives me a error saying FORBIDDEN
Update doesn’t work, can’t login
I have tried to sign in with the saved password. I have tried to make a new password to login and I have used my Face ID, which has always worked in the past. I cannot login at all to pay my bill anymore, Once the update came out. Worst update ever !!!!!
App does not let to log in
I updated the app and now I cannot even log in. There is a stupid "forbidden" error that keeps popping up. I have tried all the fixes I could think of.

Not only did I have to sit in a hot house with a child all night and lost everything in my now water filled freezer because they “can’t” fix it tonight stopped answering my calls it’s absolutely insane to me it’s reaching 100s and it’s supposed to be back on 4pm you tell they should reimburse all the money they make us waste back let me fix the power at this point I’m not sleeping in my car for another this is just ridiculous

The app doesn't work
I don't know why they keep making apps so that they're not compatible with all the phones. Why not just keep it simple stupid? All sincerity. Not every customer wants to have or can afford the latest phone with the latest software/iOS update. Please stop trying to keep up with the Joneses and be kind to your customers. Power out, no one at Entergy knows why, per them.

Why can’t I open my app? It’s bc it says I have to have iOS 17 or better! Why did you change for those of us who don’t have this

Every time this happens as a gift update I literally have to buy a phone.Every update, I need to have the newest software version to run their app… It’s kind of ridiculous
Doesn’t support older phones
I can no longer use this app to pay my bills. The app no longer supports my old iPhone. What a joke.
Entergy doesn’t care about its consumers
Entergy no longer allows people to pay their Light bill if their phone isn’t one of those “newer” ones that apple releases every 2 weeks. You guys suck. Corporate greed strikes again
