Utterly ridiculous
The entire thing is dysfunctional and has way too many problems to even be called an app.
Same day signup downloads
Downloading and using the app on the same day as signing up with my local EōS is currently not working. I cannot sign in to my account on the mobile app even though I can sign into my account on the main websites, which has access to my membership details, gym visits, etc. When I try to log in with the same email and password, it does not work. When I request for them to resend the invite to the same email that works with the website, nothing gets sent. This is early stage dev work at best. The delay here goes beyond any production grade acceptance criteria. I’m surprised it was even publishable.

After purchasing a membership, creating an account seems impossible after following all the steps. Won’t get email to change password either. Horrible app

There is zero way for you to create an account with your barcode id.
Still not fully updated after the golds gym membership transition
Still showing a lot of ui that leads to the broken pages on the golds gym website. Also app just feels ok to use after update - miss the golds version
Ask the front desk
IF YOU DON’T GET AN EMAIL TO ACCESS THE APP - no worries, just ask the front desk to manually send you a welcome email. They’re friendly and can help. I resolved it.
Horrible Experience
The app does not let me log in. Every time I ask to reset password I do not receive an email, it’s been 10 days now. I still cannot login into this app.
Impossible
After getting a new membership I never received an email to create my account. After attempting to request the email by using the forgot password/create an account button over 40+ times I still haven’t received the email. I’ve requested two forms for help on their corporate website with no reply. The front desk is aware this is a problem and just said I have to wait a long time. Horrible customer experience and based on all the other reviews this is a problem they should already know about.

Can’t Log in
How the heck do I log in?? I’ve deleted the app multiple times. Reset my password online. When I try to reset my password on the app, it won’t recognize my email. What the heck do I do??!! What’s the point of having us use an app to check in when we can’t even log in??

Useless app
This app is useless, I understand they tried to do an integration of Gold’s gym members and EOS but now I can’t sign up for any classes. It states I don’t have credits, I pay for the unlimited classes, what do you mean I don’t have credits. This is beyond frustrating.

Completely useless. Can’t load barcode to scan in, can’t transfer workout, can’t track workouts, can’t see personal training sessions, can’t do anything. It’s completely useless.
Can’t access class calendar
I go to 3 different locations and used to be able to see all 3 schedules and registered to classes, now I can’t do that. I am only able to see and registered for my “home” gym.
