I love this app. I don’t know menu exercises. This app most definitely helps. Especially with the videos demonstrating how to do the exercises. Now I don’t have to stare at people at the gym trying to mimic them looking like a creep.

I subscribed yearly but it didn’t work not recommending there are other better apps . I lost my money

No tracking

I’ve worked out for the past 3 weeks, and I’ve used the app to document my workouts. However, it shows I’ve only completed one full workout in on the second one. Plus, it has stopped working. I can’t click on any of the information within the app.
