Does and doesn’t work...
So I can access my account... but not with my fingerprint. Even though it purports to have that functionality? Directs you to register but never completes the process.
It’s not a bad app, in all. It could do with an English language option though.

Still no reply or response from the app developers and I’m knocking another star for that. It’s useless if you can’t register your fingerprint within the iOS app (Empreinte digitale).
Also, the website is perpetually unavailable these days?!

Remote alarm
We have the eps system in our second home in France, excellent system but with one major flaw that you cannot turn off the alarm via the mobile app....this is surely the whole point of the system to be able to monitor and control your alarm while you are not at the property? If it had that facility it would be perfect
