Useless
Since the ‘bug fix’ the app has been no use whatsoever!
The app has been removed and reinstalled numerously but to no avail!
I placed support calls and the responses were not helpful!
The app is showing on my phone but only appears as a logo as soon as I select it -it goes nowhere!

Doesn’t do the basics well
I always need to kill the app and restart it before it’ll present the “check in” button. How about some way to refresh info against the server?
App won’t open since updating to version 4.18.0
Was working fine, no complaints, then I updated the app to the latest version and now it doesn’t launch.

Can’t even open it.
Stuck in death loop
Try to authorise yourself to login, send a email to work address, open email and click on log me in, launches App Store with already installed app, open app and back to send email page and still not authenticated. Repeats over and over. Such simple functionality that’s not working, really poor considering the amount of money I’m sure is being paid to use the application

Terrible UI
App is unusable with how temperamental it is to try to login on mobile. Doesn’t launch from link sent to email or QR code. On the off chance you can login the UI jumps and is unintuitive, don’t bother. If you have to use this provider for the workplace use the desktop version - or even better ask your workplace to switch provider.

App won’t open since latest update
Up until the latest version, the app was incredibly useful however it now won’t open on my device. Every time I try and open it, it simply closes itself down. What a load of rubbish….

Absolutel rubbish. Trying to log in and it just sends you in circles.
Doesn’t work
Asks for location to be selected when you log in. But the drop down is too far down to work on a phone so can no longer use app to book a desk
UNUSABLE!!!
I’m unable to use the app because it can’t continue without selecting at least one default location but there are no options to select from. This has been like this for months now, please fix!!!

Insgesamt eine tolle App, um Plätze im Büro zu buchen - allerdings ist die App buggy, wenn man einstellt, das der Platz, den man für den jeweiligen Tag gebucht hat, automatisch eingecheckt werden soll. Entweder meldet die App den Account nach ein paar Tagen ab oder man soll seinen Standort hinterlegen, ohne dass es eine Auswahl an möglichen Ländern etc. gibt :/

Mobile experience next to useless
Logs you out. Yo ask for email. Click the link but just doesn’t work. No way to log in.

Very buggy. Alway have to log back in. Use it for work and hoping to get rid of this app.

Stops working half of the time, especially whenever they ‘update’ it, the developers should be fired.

Slow and gets stuck on profile
1. App slow to respond
2. Check out button looks the same as check-in. With 1 this means you sometimes check-in and out accidentally
3. App intermittently gets stuck on profile information even though this has been set and is supposed to be optional. Can’t choose country (box too small)

Terrible App - never works
Whenever I try to open the app on my mobile device, it’s logged me out and I have to log onto my laptop to enable me to scan the QR code to log in (try to use weekly) completely defeats the purpose of having the app. Also some kind of glitch as often asks me to select default location (which has been set several times) but nothing to select and won’t let you proceed.

Incredibly un-user friendly
I am begging the makers of this app to do some user testing. It will very quickly reveal some very basic flaws in what should be quite a simple process
