After cancelling a seat, it stopped letting me reserve and said all seats became available when there’s no way that’s possible.

This app is junk and the only consistent thing about it is it will crash every day.

Badly designed app — so many steps to book a desk then it doesn’t even show you upcoming reservations
Just tired of this app
It logs out almost every day. It cannot log back often. When you actually able to login it fails to book a spot with a generic error message or fails to show the spot on the map or fails to show bookable spots

Barely Works
This app is completely garbage. I can’t tell you the last time I reviewed an app, but this one is warranted. This app is how my company books office space desks for daily work. Half the time it won’t either let me login, or load the seat map. When it does load the seat map, it shows me seats that are available that actually are taken. Today, I go all the way through the sign on and using Face ID and everything and it finally times out and says unable to reach site. Something has got to give. This app needs some love. But since being bought out by Eptura, it has only gotten worse.

Stopped Working
This app used to work great but this last week I have been getting a Page Expired error when trying to log in.

In the last few months this App has stopped working. Does not show the future reservations, can’t make reservations, and logs me out often. Please fix!
We can do better
There’s a reason the rating for this app is slow low. “Uh-oh” love getting this when I try and look up a person’s location. Super helpful. /s

App stopped working
We are required to reserve space for work and in the last few months this app continues to not open. It. Used to save your login info but now asks to login credentials again and then not allow me to. Basically everyone needs to use the desktop version.

Do not trust this company
Both this app and companies service as a whole are absolutely terrible. Constant glitches and a full lack of customer support across-the-board even when you get people to write back, makes it a terrible experience. Do not support this horrid service.
Useless
Horrible UX/UI - obviously the build team has never done proper user testing outside of their bubble; also slow to load various screens, when they do decide to load. Why any company would agree to use this is beyond me and my colleagues, who unfortunately have to use this.
Do not recommend
This app is terrible. Since I work in a hybrid environment, I’m REQUIRED by my company to use it to reserve a desk space. I don’t think I have received the “Oops, an error occurred” message more in my life, assuming the app loads at all. I have to try 30-50 times to reserve a space, but more often than not I just go into the office and hope to find an open desk. This app is a disaster.

Awful
So many bugs and glitches. Trying to login just closes the app. Tried deleting and reinstalling but still the same issues. Poor QA on this. Can’t tell you how it works or if it’s any good bc it just won’t start. Awful.
