Worst App
Every time I try to login its just saying my phone is jailbroken. I just bought my new phone a week ago and not able to login just because this worst app keep mentioning my phone is not safe
NOT JAILBROKEN
App locks me out because it thinks my phone is jailbroken. It’s absolutely not.
I even got a new phone a couple months ago and stopped getting the error message only to have it start again on a couple weeks ago. Based on the reviews, I am not the only one and it’s been almost a year since I started noticing this issue. It’s clearly affecting a lot of people. Why is it not being fixed?

Help
I needed to sell some stocks and I am not very versed and how all of this works was absolutely awesome. She was patient. She was kind she took the time to help me out how to get the things done that I needed. I was happy to have them in the app made it so much easier.
Broken every iOS update
This app isn’t great in the first place, but to make it worse each time iOS is updated it breaks this app. It thinks devices are jailbroken on newer versions and because of this you can’t login.

I Think the latest updated has bricked the app. Can’t log in at all now. Once I can actually access my account I will be closing it and withdrawing all my funds.
Productive App
I use the EquateMobile App and it’s pretty good and easy to use. Keep it up, Thanks!
Horrible app
The login works only 1/10 times. Most of the time , it simply does not work.
Not worth the time to try
From the very beginning, it’s a failure. difficult login process unreliable password reset process. Inability to provide request requested information due to the way the calendar operates. Fail fail, fail.
FEES
We are being charged to wire OUR funds to OUR accounts and a brokerage fee smfh. Why?

Why do I have a permanent notification for an "Always open" task to Cancel Enrolment? Are you intentionally trying to give users the impression they should compete this task and cancel their account?
And now there is a constant prompt to install EquateAccess which appears to be pure garbage. Get better developers and make better decisions. User experience is tanking

Sluggish
One of the most inefficient companies I have ever seen. Why does everything take so long? From buy to allocation to sell to earn the money, despite the fees applied.

Stop bugging about EquateAccess app
For a while this app was great. It sends a message with a code which is great, and keeps it secure. The latest update bugs every time about downloading a second app for MFA. I REALLY don’t want a custom MFA app so stop bugging this on every login. The existing SMS approach is great, stick with that or give an option to use Google Authenticator or other code generators.

Can’t login without another app called EquateAccess which constantly crashes and does not work

Garbage app, get locked out for no reason, and I used a complicated password, every time I want to get on it I have to wait till they are open and answer a million questions. Pathetic for a financial app
