Still not up to the mark app compare to other private sector banks. Need to import this services .

App does not respond or allow to register using the latest version of the app
Latest version of the app does not work on ios version 15.8.8 Even if j uninstall & reinstall app does not respond to unable to register the ap once again after downloading & reinstalling the spp again .app is crashing & does mot allow to register again as it foes load the registration process / screen after installing the latest app after un inetalling the existing app from phone mobile with ios version 15.8.8

App not working for 2 days
App not working for more than 2 days and it always shows network error even in wifi or mobile internet and this needs to be fixed as it’s very difficult since its connected to my FasTag in car also
Have problem in iPhone for joint users
I have account for me and wife , I have in iPhone both my number and wife number and unable to install dual Equitas app for iPhone, due to its iOS
So to setup the ATM card for wife unable to do
So only way is put the sim in a new phone or change number for wife account, any ways to avoid this, I can able to access my wife account as we are joint holders

Very good user friendly
The most users friendly app in my all banking history
Cheap, Fraud and very poor bank and his service
I’ve been trying to open an account for the past 2 days.
After entering all my details, when the KYC window opens, their message pops up saying: “Sorry, we are unable to do KYC because of a system glitch.”
And this has been happening for 2 days.
If you call customer care, they act arrogantly, don’t give proper answers, and don’t even receive the call properly. Not even once.
It’s a very cheap and third-class bank. Don’t waste your time and details.

New application
After updating the new one . opening the main screen its taking too much time. And that logo screen is coming nothing is working after words i have deleted and and reinstalled also its not working out for me . Worst service

Unable to do phone number verification
App is not working
The Equitas 2.0 app is currently not working at all. It either crashes on launch or gets stuck on the loading screen. I’ve tried clearing cache, reinstalling, and even checking for updates, but nothing helps. This is very frustrating, especially when I need to access my account urgently. Please fix these issues as soon as possible. The app was useful earlier, but now it’s completely unusable.

Calling this as version 2.0 is a disgrace. You can’t use password managers (have you guys even heard of that?), can’t paste (a dimwit solution is blocking paste). All this for what? Security? Your entire IT team should be fired if the answer is yes!
Current Account not found
I have saving as well as current account attached to same mobile number. The current account is not visible in new app Equitas2 whereas it is there in older version I.e. Equitas 1.How will I use my current account if older version is discontinued.
Does not work for NRI accounts
Wants to send SMS to an India phone number which incurs huge charges for international text. Stick to the old app.
