Reliable banking for Diaspora

I really enjoy banking with Equity. After struggling with other banks in the past, Equity has provided a convenient and reliable solution right at my fingertips. The app is excellent, and the overall customer service is professional.

However, the diaspora representative is very slow to respond and needs significant improvement. Unfortunately, this is letting down what is otherwise a great banking experience. I hope Equity addresses this issue and brings the diaspora service up to the same high standard as the rest of the bank.
