Unreliable!
This app has always worked well, until iOS updated. Now, it no longer turns the alarm on or off reliably. We’ve had too many incidents now where the app shows that we’ve turned the alarm off, only to find that the alarm trigger when we enter the house. The app hasn’t been updated for 9 months!! Come on ERA - sort this out!

Camera always says offline and/or buffers loads. The night vision isn’t good either

Yes it’s easy to install (putting up the siren and dummy siren etc) but trying to get the hub activated to the app was a nightmare, had to phone the Help Line more than once, in the end I had to delete the ERA protect app and use the ERA smart app (and it isn’t) the app on the phone will work if we use it from the lobby and not outside the house, if we use the remote it still says it’s armed on the app, don’t know if we did the right thing in changing the alarm.

App is terrible, alarm is terrible.
Everything about this alarm system is terrible, I was locked out of the app. It wouldn’t load at all, now I can’t reset the hub, it’s basically a brick and I will have to buy a new system. Definitely not going to buy another one of these.

Simple, solid
Easy to use, no problems so far. Fairly basic, would be nice to have more timelapse review features like FLIR used to have.
