The app is not functional!

I have been with ERA Protect for a long time. I recently upgraded to this app after being advised that the old app was going to be removed. I have never had so many false alarms, the app frequently tells me the system is unset, then the alarm is triggered as soon as I open the door. I wish I could revert to the old app. I even considered removing the alarm components and just using the cameras. The initial screen is too small and the original screen which comes up now and again bizarrely was much better. Please get this sorted.

Don’t bother

Can’t even log in. Sticks at ‘verifying’. If I can’t log in, I need to replace my whole system. Was all fine with the

Backward step in camera support

The new app is a backward step, clunky and poorly presented / laid out

Where is my instant camera dashboard view??
I consider this an essential feature 
Bring it back!
I want to be able to see my camera feeds in one view without having to step through each one individually

A forced “upgrade” to an inferior app product
How much customer feedback was collected before this overhaul?

Glitchy and Temperamental

I find the app glitchy and temperamental.
Also they need to make deleting recordings on the doorbell easier. One has to delete each recording one by one which is a pain. It would be better to have a select all or select option so all or many recordings could be deleted at once.

Logging out constantly

The app constantly logs me out, integration with Apple Face Unlock is not integrated well so I have to manually enter details every time I get home.
Geo unlock is flaky at best.
