Subscription error

Having paid for a new subscription it failed to appear in my account. Unable to record video from cameras. This needs fixing

Terrible

The app is very buggy. Signing in with 2FA enabled rarely works. Often the app has logged itself out when you’re trying to disarm the alarm (not ideal when they don’t make a keypad). The app accompanying a burglar alarm should be tested and tested and tested again. This has not. Go with Yale instead - you won’t regret it.

Fails to arm the alarm

Old app was great. This one won’t show status nor set the alarm. When it works it will arm the alarm 4-5 times. Remotes work fine
